(Read using Kindle Unlimited)Oh dear me, this series goes from bad to worse!Alice was totally full of herself:“I know I can do a lot of good as an Elder.”Really Alice? You have zero experience, and I’m not sure you even know what the job entails.“Why did everyone I meet seem to fall in love with me?"I don’t know Alice. I really don’t know. The storyline and love-square was quite ridiculous.“I want to get married right now. Where is father Jacobs? Can he perform the ceremony?”Er, you might have some explaining to do first Alice, what about your other two boyfriends?“All I want is for you to be happy, and if this is what it takes, I accept that.”Is he really going to give in that easy? He’s not going to complain? Call her names? Ask why she suddenly wants to marry one of them when 2 minutes ago she loved them all the same? And there is still another book in this series to go!4.5 out of 10

I didn't enjoy this one at all.The characters in this one didn't change. They were still childish and annoying, and they continued to be idiots. The pacing was slow, i couldn't care less about what happened, and i found a few things to be utetterly ridiculous. (view spoiler)[ The wedding being the main thing. One hour after making her mind up about who she loves, she get's married. Absolutely ridiculous. (hide spoiler)]Overall, Boring and ridiculous. So glad the book is over.

When I found Book 1 of the Blood Haze series for completely free on Amazon, I wasn’t expecting a lot. But here I am, on book 3 and I really am loving this quirky little series more than I expected! In book 1 we met Alice, the vampire with an uncanny ability to have every man around her fall at her feet. We met Kai, the whiny, needy, controlling vampire who became her first boyfriend. And there was Max, the vampire hunter who, despite his every inclination, couldn’t help but fall for Alice too. Then, in book 2 we met Alexi, a powerful vampire who claims he and Alice were arranged to be married at her very birth—and he has had visions his entire life that Alice would one day be forced to give up everything to save his very life. Finally, in book 2 we became acquainted with our resident bad guy, Dmitri, a man whose dark evil could destroy the world. So, in book 3 Alice and her crew of enamored friends must find a way to stop Dmitri from destroying the world. Along the way, Alice finally learns why every male around is foolishly love-stricken by her presence. She also discovers that her marriage to Alexi may be more than just a romantic destiny – it may be the only way she has any possibility of saving his life. But, is she ready to break it off with boyfriend Kai? And, can she see herself in a marriage based more on obligation than on love?In the meantime, Dmitri has a sinister plan – and he’s asking for Alice’s help. If she complies, she may open herself to an evil unlike anything she’s even before experienced. But, if she says no, the horrifying visions she’s seen of Alexi may actually come true.I must admit, I was relieved to learn that there was a method behind all this madness of the love – square? – going on in this series. So, there *is* a reason everyone falls for Alice, and it’s not just bad writing. I think that’s the one thing I love most about this series, though --- even when the plotline seems ridiculous, or events seem ever-so-convenient, there’s just something there that draws me in anyways, making me want more. And even though I’m admittedly not thrilled with the ending of this novel (I mean, DUH, people – what were you expecting?), I still have every intention to read the rest of this series, however long it ends up being. And, while I’m at it, I plan to check out other works by this author too. Look for more reviews to come!

I have read this whole series in such a short time... I Cannot absolutely CANNOT wait for the next book!!! I have enjoyed watching as Alice was in love with Kai, infatuated with Max, and slowly, but very surely fell in love and married Alexi... going through all the heartache and turmoil with all of these characters. I can honestly say though I wasn't completely suprised to.find one of Alice's talents to be charming people with little over a year having four people fall for her it wasn't a coincidence. I only wish that Liam hadn't gone away Alice and him grew close and had a very good friendship that may very well have been taintex with her charm, but I feel that their friendship was true. I was sad to see that Father Jacobs had died at the end, but was glad that Jamie was there to help finish the exorcism. I only wish that Dmitri wasn't so far into the Dark Arts that they could have saved him, but I am very happy that this series hasn't ended my only hope is that the next book comes out soon!!! Until next time...

Not one of my favourites, the plot was a little odd for my taste and the characters just too dull. The story goes over the same point over and over. Little something else about everyone falling in love with Alice -again-, though you get to know why it happens along the book. And the marriage with Alexi? hard to believe... which eighteen years old would decide to marry someone practically overnight?, she was supposed to give herself some time to grow and be by herself, but over a couple of weeks she decided she didn`t love Kai anymore and was ready to marry Alexi? I really didn`t bought it. There was a really lack of character development in this story, right now I dont know if I will be able to give the next book a chance.

I definitely can appreciate this series now, more than ever. I think this novel shaped up better than all the others. I truly love the characters and the only true thing that completely upset me was the whole fact about Liam leaving. It was so sad.Side note: I hear the fourth installment in this series has been delayed.. bummer!

This would have been a great series had the author completed her writing. She however never completed the final book for that she announced would be out in late 2011. I don't advise starting a series that the author has made impossible to complete.

I think this one sucks. I dont think she should of married Alexi and the whole story went down hill in this book.
