Picked this up as a freebie for my kindle, it had some pretty good info in it. I had probably already read a lot of it in the past! A couple of things I highlighted that I wanted to remember:"Our bodies are designed to move; when we don't engage them, our metabolisms slow down & we begin to store unused energy as fat.""Tip: don't buy or eat any food product that has 1 or more words you can't pronounce!""Fish (salmon) should be wild caught. Farm raised salmon are fed corn & soy, both of which are rich in Omega 6 fatty acids which in turn skew the balance. The same is true for fowl and meats. Free range meats have a much higher ration of Omega 3 & are a healthier choice."Use flax or olive oil for salads & seasoning veggies; use canola oil or flax meal for baking use grape seed oil for sauteing at high temps"(not sure I've ever seen grape seed oil!)Pretty good for resource info to get started maybe. But I think I've had some books with more in them.

Most of this was common sense. We do a lot of home cooked meals in my house so we don't eat unhealthy.
