So, Once upon a time when Ronak Gajjar wished to kill herself, she read this! Ever felt that it would be so great that you could actually kill/shoot a book? Or you can barbeque it?Let Damon Salvatore convey my exact feelings: Concept: -0.1/5.0 Execution: 0.5/5.0 Characters Bespoken: 0.0/5.0Cover: 1.0/5.0Overall: 0.0/5.0 This one was one of the worst for me. Apna hero, Aryan Sehgal on the second page of book despises love and on the very third page, he is madly in love with a Spanish beauty Isabella and soon around time being they are getting married!Perfectamente espeluznante! There are uncountable loop-holes that I literally fucking don’t know where to start from.An unbearable plot, with obscure characters & cultures totally disheveled. When you are setting the plot in certain specific locations like Spain, London or New-York it requires detailed research on cultures. The day Isabella makes Aryan asks her to marry him, very next day she remembers she engaged to DON of Spain & New-York!No way a Spanish daddy would behave as Valden is portrayed! How can you imagine a millionaire who wouldn’t think of endowing perfect security when he accurately knows that his daughter’s life is endangered? I couldn’t imagine it more melodramatic, seriously! He drove his Audi like a Ferrari… Bhaisahab, please Ferrari ko Ferrari hi rehne do! (Plus, what’s with Indian boys going every now and then – “Tu toh bhai hain mera!”)This script turns into a complete disaster hero slips into the coma, heroine sacrifices herself and her baby to villain though being married to hero, and ultimately when hero suddenly wakes up, saves, loses, cries, falls in love again and gets married again! And the mentioning of "MISSION" is like - Duniya bachaa rhy aliens sey! I would much gladly prefer a Bollywood movie torture over this one! This one drained even fractional belief what I did hold in name of – “LOVE”. The only plus points:• Thank you for mentioning 212 Sexy(Perfume) brought back a lot of memories.• The mentioned songs.

I got the special privilege to read Rohit Sharma's debut romance-thriller 'Te Amo…I LOVE YOU' before the official release. I still remember the day when Rohit asked me to read his book, to get an honest opinion on his work. I admit, I am a lazy reader, but when I started reading ‘Te Amo… I LOVE YOU’ I was totally hooked. I read it in ‘one go’. This itself describes how much I liked reading the book… no, this itself describes how much I loved reading the book.It is the story of Aryan, a young and ambitious guy, and Isabella an extremely beautiful, rich girl. It is the story of how life changes for them, when they fall in love. What happens next is a roller-coaster ride, which will make you smile, will make you cry, will fill you with anger, and will definitely make you fall in love, with the characters at least. Each and every character is so beautifully written, that it almost looks real. Be it the lead characters Isabella, Aryan or Ethan, or the other characters, each and every character makes his/her presence felt. The flow of the story is smooth and I kept turning the pages till I reach the end. There is a sense of curiosity at the end of the each chapter, and you feel glued to the book. The story runs like a perfect movie, and you feel everything is happening in front of your eyes. I am actually surprised how well the love making scenes have been written by Rohit. One good thing is, the love scenes are part of the story, and they don’t look forced. Apart from the chemistry between Isabella and Aryan, the terror of Ethan is remarkably expressed. The action scenes are power-packed and the climax is nail-biting. After reading the book, I fell in love with Isabella’s character… I smiled when she smiled, I cried when she cried. The poems and the songs are well-written, and show the originality of the writer. Overall, I would Suggest every reader to read this book. It is a must read, if you want to know what true love is. Apart from true love, the author has given some useful social messages like – a girl child is as important as a boy child, domestic violence is a crime, and suicide is never an option.P.S. I am not an experienced reviewer, so I am just sharing what I felt, as a reader, while reading this book.

Plot:It is about two people - Aryan and Isabella - and their love journey. Aryan is not the one to believe in love. He had his reasons. The harsh marital results of his parents was one reason. But that was only until he met Isbella, a Spanish beauty. Unknowingly, both fall in love and get closer to each other like never before.Period.Isabella's father had already fixed her marriage with his business partner's son, Ethan. Ethan was a guy not to messed with, so Isabella in an attempt to save her love, Aryan, she gives in for her parents' decision and gets married to Ethan.Ethan was also a brute. The cruelest when it comes to love. So Aryan decides to save her love, Isabella from him. Will he succeed in doing that? By sacrificing her life, did Isabella really saved Aryan's life? What will happen to their eternal love?My take on the book:Actually, I have won a give-away of this book on . A signed copy by the author himself, Rohit Sharma. The first feeling I got when reading this book was that it so similar to the movie 'Kites' starring, Hrithik Roshan and Barbara Mori. The female protagonist is a Spanish beaty. The lead character, Aryan, is an Indian. Both love fall in love with each other incidentally but there is the problem, same like in the movie, of the female protagonist fixed to another rich, influencial and evilistic villian................To read the whole review, click the link below... review I came acrossMy politest replyWow. That was the first. Please someone tell me this review - Or the so called 'Comment' - is not directed at me.Ashwina, first of all, hope you are not fictious - like this book. Are you really kiddin' me? Maybe this book was better than the 4 other books on your list. Of course, I agree the author has done a very hard work. I don't want to bring author into this. You better watch 'Kites' one more time. Better get one with a subtitle. Then, we will continue the talk about it.And, by the way, that last statement - "And all those people should try writing a book." - that was more than provocative. You should try reading better books. Try spending a little more than 60 bucks a book, you will come across better books. Also, go get a life. Keep your views from pointing to others and stop guiding people to waste their money. Kudos.

This is my First book won on Goodreads Giveaway so I have a very special feeling attached to this book. Will definitely post my reviews once I get my copy :)Hi RohitFirst of all, a big thank you for giving me a signed copy. I must say it matters a lot. Then like an icing on a delicious cake is the bookmark in my book. I finished reading the book. I felt that this book has something which held me completely till I finished reading. I must say being your first book you did a fantastic job. I like romantic fictions and the story of the Aryan and Isabella is not fictitious but I believe in today’s world also this love exists.Te Amo…I love you is all about love, honesty and sacrifice … and last but not the least revenge….I like the way you diligently expressed the sweet love story with your words. Highlights of the story are short poems and Isabella’s Spanish culture. It really brings a smile on face when she says Te Amo… and Aryan say I couldn’t understand your language but can really understand what you mean while looking in your eyes….Good luck and hope you write more for us….Suruchi (For the first time I am impressed with the fact that Faridabad too has a good talent … which I couldn’t see)

Rohit SharmaPeople often say that a story is well depicted in a movie because we can visualize it. But, i can truly visualize each and every scene of this novel in my mind. The only difference was that the experience of reading this novel was better than watching a movie. From the starting to the end, there was not even a single instance where the story turned boring. The Spain culture is well described in this book. The description of all the characters was also very good. there were some scenes where i couldn't control the flow of tears. It was justAMAZING I would suggest this novel to every teenager. This was a story of true love. Description of Isabella And Aryan's true love was just perfect.I just want to end it with this because i really have more words for this amazing book.Well done :)

After a long wait and lots of curiosity given by the videos made by author finally I got to read this book. A good novel with a great writing skills. Author has given his best to describe his work. The story is all about unconditional love and sacrifice between Aryan and Isabella and all that they face to win the love against the bad man Ethan. Isabella is a Spanish girl whereas Aryan is an handsome Indian boy.Te amo is romantically deep and beautiful love story of Isabella and Aryan something like romeo and Juliet. I personally loved the poems at last of few chapters explaning the exact situation of the chapters. It add the flavor to the emotions. It keeps me movin in the flow of emotions which love character were sharing. I felt like I was watching a movie. Story is having a rollercoaster ride which have all the emotions into it and it is first time I read book of 302 pages. I feel I was reading an international author’s book. All emotions are very well written and one can easily relate to it. The scene is well explained and drove a person away with it. After this book me too got a great craze to learn about Spain culture and their language. The way publicity was done we had lots of expectations from this book which somewhere disappointed me as the story seems to be somewhat same what we see in our Bollywood masala movies. I was thinking a different story with different ending but in this also a guy love a girl and villain and then happy ending. But apart from only this negative point I personally loved the book because of many reasons I have mentioned above. I would like to personally request all the readers to please purchase this book and give it a chance to read. I am sure you guys will also love the journey of Isabella and Aryan. All the very best to Rohit for his future endeavors and wish to see many more work from him.

Te Amo I love you .....Love is all about sacrifices, efforts and hopes. The journey of Isabella and Aryan's love life was totally awesome. This is full of emotions, and expressed very well by the author. Each and every character was brilliantly crafted and seems original. Isabella and her friend Santina shows the real meaning of friendship. Aryan love is pure and totally committed towards Isabella. The story of this book will make you happy, sad, and will force you to cry as well. In my opinion, this book is worthy to understand the meaning of love and relationship in present day. The Book is a complete Romantic-thriller, but have so many social massages also. Ethan, the devil, tries to break the hopes and relationship between Isabella and Aryan. I loved each and every character in this book. I was totally lost in this story when I was reading part-2 and part-3. When I was reading the last chapter of this book, basically that chapter is full of happiness but still tears were came down from my eyes. This is the first ever review I am writing for a book. I am normal reader, and I am not reviewer, but I know only one thing - if you will read this book than you will definitely fall in love with this book.

Te Amo I love you, Engages you throughout the read. It is a perfect mix of romance, passion, and action. The writing style is lucid and easy to understand, yet powerful in conveying the message. The love scenes are very aesthetically written and bring out the right emotions. Once you hard reading this book, it gets on to you and it’s hard to let go. Reading it at one go is so easy because it engages you at every instance. It’s an ideal Sunday read or a travel companion on a train of a flight.I read it on my way to Mumbai and it was an ideal read for the journey. I didn’t lose interest even for a moment. One might think it to be a usual love story with hostile parents and love vs family struggle. But it’s an absolute rollercoaster ride with twists that make you sit up and read. It makes you feel love, feel anger, feel hatred, feel sad, and feel happy, all during this journey of Aryan, Isabella and Ethan. There is something in it that each and every one of us can identify with and that brings back some of our own memories. It is definitely worth every penny spent.

Reading the title and seeing the cover page of the book, you would have understood that this space is going to turn monotonous for some weeks. Right? :-) I am not sorry because reading is a good habit and I am trying to build this into everyone coming across this space. At 4 AM in the morning, I am done reading Rohit Sharma's "Te Amo.. I LOVE YOU". The cover page also says," Join Isabella and Aryan in their journey of love". I have finally ended reading the whole journey of 310 pages. This book is by Mahaveer Publishers. They usually publish books of less than 200 pages but as they have surpassed their limit, they have also increased the price of this book from their usual 125 Rs to 175. Something that I won't appreciate but I have nothing in my hand except pleading them to not to do this again. The cover page of the book is excellently designed by Pinaki De. Cover page itself looks like a 50 Rs stuff- the amount that the publishers have increased. Haha!Let's know the Author first. Rohit Sharma is born in Amritsar, and brought up in Faridabad, Rohit Sharma is a Senior Software Engineer by profession. Working with one of the world's top MNCs, Rohit has successfully represented his organization in USA and England. Apart from being a Gold-Medalist in Engineering (Honors), and earning the title of the Hall of Fame of his college, Rohit successfully represented his college at various dancing and sketching competitions. His debut intense romance fiction, Te Amo I Love You began in 2009, after an extensive research on the Spanish culture, which enchanted him completely.Coming to his writing style, I would say I prefer reading someone who can form such sentences and use such words throughout the book. While reading any book, I concentrate over the language that the author has used. If I get to learn something, I appreciate it and hence, Kudos to you debutante. Writers always say that they are not English teacher, I agree. But you aren't even meant to write an English book which while reading seems to be written by a 3rd grade child. Hence, I would say that Rohit Sharma has worked hard upon his English and the book. His efforts are easily visible. But only a request, next time, please don't write a love story again nor a thriller. I want to see a totally new genre this time. I would love to explore your writing style in new genre now.Te-Amo is a passionate love story of Aryan and Isabella. While Aryan is Indian, Isabella is Spanish. He meets her for the first time in London. Love at first sight happens. He tries to meet her again and fortunately, he finds her in her University. Then, they start meeting each other and finally end up in a committed relationship. Their world seems to be beautiful and perfect when Ethan enters. He is already been committed by Isabella's father that he'll get Ethan and Isabella married together. Ethan has no attachment with Isabella. He just wants to use her body for his lust. And once Isabella and Aryan are back to her hometown, the whole twists and turns in their love story begins. And from here, the story takes a totally new fold. To know what happens, get the book. :-) Coming to the good points first. It's good that author has divided the book appropriately whenever the regions are been changed by the couple. The first part when the protagonists meet for the first time is wonderfully written. Initial pages of romance is the best part of this book. If not for anything, I would ask everyone to read this book for its LONDON part. Romance is wonderfully crafted every time couple gets cozy and physical. Rather than the love for body, author has been successful in portraying the boy's love for girl rather than for her body even when he is physically involved with her. Very few Indian authors are able to do this. Then, the meeting of Aryan and Velan is another beautiful segment. The entry of Ethan isn't as scary as it should have been but later on, when he attacks Aryan and takes away Isabella, it is something that makes us visualize a Bollywood movie villain. And then, I would say that every time Spanish is been used in the book, the part has automatically turned cute, cuter and cutest. Birth of a child in the book is also beautifully handled. And then, I would directly go to the 23rd chapter- Life Goes On. Angel and Aryan's chat and relationship is wonderfully portrayed.Coming to the drawbacks now. I do understand that an author feels that the amount of creativity he can show while describing the nature tells how good a writer he/she is. But unfortunately, over description irritates sometimes. It happened often in the book. Then, physical intimacy for the first or second time in full description excites us to read more. But a physical intimacy in the second half of the book didn't attract me a bit. While the first half of the book is something for which I will rate the book very highly but the second half is too dragged and stretched. The book could have been short by 50-60 pages easily. It shouldn't have crossed 250-pages mark. Though the author tried to show how Aryan fights against Ethan for his love-Isabella, the fight is been dragged for a very long time. Then, the ending of the love after reading such a long story isn't something that I was expecting from the author. He tried to compensate the tragic part by the entrance of a new character in the end but still.. I am heart broken. In all, I would say that the book is the mixture of all the Bollywood hit romantic movies. Every page will take you to some part of some Bollywood movie. The whole part of Ethan in the story made me remember Ek Tha Tiger where both the protagonists keeps on running throughout the movie. If you are a fan of Bollywood romantic movies of 1990s and even those that releases now, this book is surely meant for you. And as Valentine's day is coming near or at any point of time, you can easily gift this to your partner. He/she'll start caring for you more after reading this saga. :-) To the first part, I would give 4/5. And to the second, 2/5. Overall, it's 3/5 from my side.

Exemplary piece of work by the author. A book which will be remembered by generations and teach a thing or two to the people who are yet to fall in love or already experiencing it in their lives. The story is beautiful. The characters have been made extremely well. Some stories are never complete with a twist or turn in it and here's one which has some in it to keep the readers engaged till the last page. All the poems, the depiction of Spanish culture, the cute little love expressions, the simple language are more than enough to bind it completely into a great piece of work. I don't have enough words to summarize the book but once you start reading it it's unputdownable. :)KUDOS AND CONGRATULATIONS TO THE AUTHOR. :)

Just a comment to people who say this book resembles a obvious that the author has put a lot of effort to write and research this book so my common sense says this can't be true. Characters are real, writing is great and at the end of the day, it's fiction, great fiction. It's not real life. It supposed to take you away from your real life and entertain you. Which it does!It has everything a good book shd have. This is a GOOD READ. And all those people should try writing a book.

Rating: 5 out of 5Praise : Author Rohit Sharma has done a fabulous job. It is perhaps the best book in terms of literary style among the readers and writers in India. Many follow Chetan bhagats style and some follow Durjoy duttas style. Whereas Rohit sharma, he and his writing style is unique.Review: ‘Te Amo…I Love You’ is the young Indian writer Rohit Sharma’s debut novel . As the title suggests, it is a romance fiction and a fine depiction of cross-cultural love. The tale is essentially about Aryan (an Indian guy) and Isabella (a Spanish girl) . On a rain-drenched morning in London, it was through sheer chance an unseen stranger borrows lift from Aryan, and he falls for her at first sight. He gives her lift and drops her to her destination but does not even ask her name. The next part is of sheer joy, as our cupid-struck Aryan chases the love of his life. The author has done a wonderful job in depicting the state of a love lorn person. The unfolding of romance has been beautifully penned, drawing the reader right into the characters’ lives and making him root for them. However, the next part of the book which is set in Spain. Aryan and Isabelle convince her parents and get married. Ethan then attacks the couple on their wedding night. Isabella here makes a sacrifice to save his love and family from the wicked cluthches of Ethan. The storyline from here involves a villainous goon and never-ending chases & escapes. The story is unpredictable which is also a plus point of this book. However, to author’s credit, there has been not a single mention of sexually profane words and slangs which are almost used by every Indian Authors. The bed scenes satiate the curiosity of the reader without offending anyone. The story would keep the readers glued, no doubts in that, and is definitely a page turner. At some point it might make you laugh, and the other can make you shed your tears. However the climax is heart-rending, shocking. As a whole, ‘Te Amo…I Love You’ is a must read. A complete pack of love, laughter, emotions, dedication and emotions. verdict : Would be adapted as future bollywood movie.Note to Author : I would like to thank bro Rohit Sharma and give you a big applaud for penning a beautifull story. I loved your writing skills and your poems. I would like to read something new this time. You've done a splendid job with romance genre. Do continue writing for us.

Book: Te Amo…I Love YouAuthor: Rohit SharmaPublication: Mahaveer PublishersGenre: Love, romancePages: 310Price: Rs 175Rating: 3.5 out of 5Review: ‘Te Amo…I Love You’ is the young Indian writer Rohit Sharma’s debut novel and marks his foray into the coveted world of best-selling authors. As the title suggests, it is an out-and-out romantic fiction and a fine depiction of cross-cultural love. In quintessence, the novel is a love saga, and even though there are shades of action & thrill, this book is not for you, if romance is your much-abhorred genre. The tale is essentially about Aryan (an Indian guy) and Isabella (a Spanish girl) and their moment of serendipitous love. On a rain-drenched morning in London, it was through sheer chance that an unnamed, unheard, unseen stranger borrows lift from Aryan, and he falls for her at first sight. He gives her lift and drops her to her destination but does not even ask her name. What follow is around 50 pages of sheer joy, as our cupid-struck protagonist chases the maiden love of his life. The first portion of the novel which is set in London is surely a treat for the die-hard romancers. The author has done a peerless job in depicting the state of a lovelorn person. The unfolding of romance has been beautifully penned, drawing the reader right into the characters’ lives and making him root for them. However, the next part of the book which is set in Spain is a downer. To read the full review, kindly visit

Hello people, Its been a long time since i have reviewed a book, and i read this one a couple of months back. As a whole this book was something refreshing and new compared to the chik lits stocking up in indian book stores. The author has done his research which is clearly evident from the plot and spanish sentences he uses. the characters are believable and lovable at times. Rohit has coated the tinge of fiction very well infact. Then there is always the feel, which we normally go for, i normally abhor indian chik lit writers and the sex novels they write in the name of romance, but this one had a very different feel flavored in it. The scenery set in the first few chapters and innocent but cherishable dialogues carried me through the book. The writing is simple and i wish Rohit can groom the new generation of writers. I do not have any qualms with the book and its climax, as i thoroughly enjoyed it as a romance novel, i wish the writer all the best for his next novels and i am looking forward for his future works.Thank youH. I won this book in a goodreads giveaway. I was very excited; te amo...being the first book I'd ever won. The first thing i felt after holding the delivered copy in my hand was a reluctance to read it. An 'I love you' in a book title is bad enough but twice? A nightmare. Te amo... wasn't all that bad. Definitely not excellent. But not a nightmare either. So I'm listing all the pros and cons in it.Pros:1. I loved the ending! Happy and Aryaan didn't act like Romeo ie kill himself or refuse to fall in love. That was a big plus.2. The Spanish culture! It could have been a bit more in detail but what was there was enough.3. Isabella was sweet. A bit too saccharine at times but bearable.Cons:1. Aryaan could sketch, write poetry, dance and play the guitar? That's a bit too hard to believe. He was too perfect and that made it difficult to connect with him. He should have had some flaws.2. Way too melodramatic.3. Aryaan didn't believe in love and within a page he fell for Isabella.4.Grammatical errors.Overall it wasn't horrible. Good effort for a debut. I hope the next one's better. I hope it's correct- todo lo mejor!

Just finished reading Te Amo I Love You. In short, I will say that the author has done a remarkable job. The story is fast paced, the characters are powerful, and it is a well-written and pacey romance thriller novel. This novel is very different from the other books in a way that it is not a college romance. Moreover it is a thriller as well, and it gives you an experience of a Hollywood Movie. The poems and the songs are very well written. The Spanish Culture is beautiful. A strong debut by the author.

it is fact that it is other love story, but author has passionate this story. More over this book is more or like same as movie kites, but i love it love, music, dance and romance all present in book, it is good to entertain and feel bliss when you feel down.

I almost gave up on this book midway but another boring Monday morning made me return to it, albeit reluctantly. After seeing the positive reviews and 5 star ratings on here, I was beyond disappointed after reading this book. It began with with an overdose of mush with oodles of sappy romance. The protagonist of the book, Aryan, was someone who I could hardly relate to. He seemed overly immature, vulnerable and needy. The entire plot of the story seemed to have been pulled out of a Bollywood romance - complete with melodrama, sugar-coated romance, ruffians, a revolver-bearing, obsessive villain, extremely wealthy dad of the heroine who lives in a palace (one which resembles the Buckingham Palace!). For people looking for something new, something out of the ordinary, I regret to inform that this book offers nothing. I received a signed copy of this book via Goodreads First Reads.
