Secrets Kept Reviews
Hey I finally manage to finish this book. I can start it by comparing it to a nice special chinese noodles and like chinese noodles with loads of stuff in it and at first look its looks too much or some noodles are greasy but the moment you taste it, chew it ,, it is actually nice. This book is like that, there are so many things going on with the story . this is not about just one character but its about every characters. So if you're getting used to reading about just a set of Hero and heroine, then this is entirely different league. I guess Elaine could have made it that way, to explore deeper because there are so many angles that she could have done with it. This is a story of a family .. stronghold, loyalty and values . There's no exaggeration, not too dramatic, enough cheesiness and straight to the point .Liam, Jayda, Michael , Krishna, Alex , Samuel they are all like ingredients of a nice chinese noodles. If you like an easy read on a chilaxing afternoon, or something that you dont to be stress out because there is a cliffhanger or that the seqel is not due to be out in the next so amny months , I would recommend this . I hope Elaine after this series, would attempt on a more bolder story and out of her comfort zone because I can feel it that she has that "it factor" that other writers has as well. I like her and i look forward to her more books as she makes that journey for herself.
