Ryan and Kayla have a similar problem... They can't keep their parents out of their dating lives. Kayla's parents are setting her up with someone new all of the time. Kayla is over it and is determined she can't find love. Ryan has had a bad run with love because of an ex hurting him and he doesn't want to find love. Ryan and Kayla decide to "pretend" date just to keep their parents off of their backs and avoid the endless blind dates. Emails that confirm fake dates quickly turn to real dates and despite what they both want, the find themselves falling for one another. Ryan's ex causes a lot of issues for Kayla and Ryan and she is very underhanded and mean. I found myself wanting to reach through the book to strangle her! Kayla's parents are the picture perfect couple, happy and in love for many years. When they announce they are getting divorced it makes Kayla second guess if she should really try for love or not. This is a fantastic story from the amazing Lacey Wolfe. You wont be able to put it down before the book is over. I found myself making a 4 shot latte at 5 last night so that I could stay up and finish the book! No way was I going to sleep wondering what was going to happen next.

Arranged Love is a tried an true plot line: Meddling, matchmaking parents set up their children. However, the parents in Arranged Love where a hoot. I especially loved Ryan's mother. The author also threw in some interesting twists and turns. I don't want to give spoilers, so I can't say too much, but the first twist was pretty hilarious! Kayla and Ryan were good characters with interesting occupations. Kayla is a book editor , so you can imagine an author had a lot of insight into that world. Ryan is a bit of a workaholic, but finds himself more centered and able to work less once Kayla come into his life. The love scenes were hot and well written. In all Arranged Love was a nice escapist read, my only complaint was that I wanted to get a resolution to the conflict between Kayla's parents. I had thought that perhaps it was some kind of sham to draw Kayla and Ryan together in a backwards way, but it is never resolved in the end of the story.

Lacey Wolfe has done it again!! I have not read a book written by her that I have not completely enjoyed. Arranged Love is about two adults who take matters into their own hands when their parents decide to meddle into their love lives. Kayla & Ryan decide on pretending to be in a relationship with each other to get both sets of parents off their backs. Their arrangement was to just correspond through email re: their "fake" dates and that absolutely no feelings would be involved. The problem with that plan is when they do go out on a couple of "real" dates and realize there is a very strong chemistry between them. Kayla's parents drop the bombshell that they are getting a divorce which makes Kayla question everything that she has ever known. The "fake" relationship between her & Ryan is turning into so much more for her which confuses her even more because Ryan made it quite clear he will never love anyone again, after what his ex-girlfriend had done to him. To complicate the "fake" relationship even more is when Ryan's ex(psycho) girlfriend won't leave them alone and declares that she will do anything to get Ryan back.Ryan is a scientist who has always been "married" to his job and uses it as an excuse to get out of events with his parents or anybody else. When he & Kayla came up with this "fake" relationship arrangement, he felt it was perfect because it would get his parents to stop hounding him to find someone and he would not have to deal with getting his heart shredded to pieces again. Ryan most definitely did not plan on having feelings for Kayla because he made it quite clear to everyone(including himself) that he would never go down that road again.Arranged Love has a little bit of everything that makes it a great story. A love story between two people, lots of sizzling scenes, some mystery and of course some drama.I love how this author writes stories that the characters are in "real" situations and that makes it easy for the reader to relate to the characters

***Received from author for an honest review***What started as a random pickup ends up being a setup between two people who could care less about being in a relationship. With anyone. To save themselves from the mother of all headaches, Ryan and Kayla agree to "date." The agreement comes on the heels of one hot night they'd spent together as Doug and Tatiana, so they know that, if anything, the sex between them will be awesome even if their "relationship" sinks like a rock.Fabricated nights out together become the real thing, and it isn't long for feelings deeper than mutual like form. But Ryan's been-there-done-that, and Kayla's not even sure if she believes in love. Yet every choice they make pulls them together instead of tearing them apart, and brings them closer in ways that go beyond great sex.I loved the quickness of this story. Not to say I wanted it done and over with. Far from it. The pace was quick and every word served a purpose. Emotions, gestures, dialogue, everything about this story kept me in time with the characters. The idea to "date" to pacify their parents was genius. The complications that followed were... Wow. They were everything I imagined for Ryan and Kayla. Throw in outside complexities--Kayla's parents getting a divorce and her no-good semi-deranged "friend" who happens to be Ryan's ex--and I couldn't wait to find out what happened with Ryan and Kayla. When two polar opposite personality people are thrown together like Ryan and Kayla, I don't just want walks in the park and sunshine. I want arguments, disagreements, and things said in the heat of the moment. I also want tenderness, softening hearts and minds, and feelings that are more than fondness for each other. And between the seriousness, the doubts, the disbelief, and the revelations, I want laughter.Ms. Wolfe accomplishes all of that and more in this delightful novel about finding love in the most unexpected of places in the most unexpected of ways. Matchmaking by meddlesome parents can't possibly end well, can it? LOL Arranged Love proves it can.

4.5 Stars for Arranged Love! It is a fun, quick read that's more spicy than sweet. I enjoyed this story of family pressures and crazed exes. Ryan and Kayla pretend to date to get their parents off their backs, and even move in together to keep up the charade, but they end up with feelings for each other in the process. Seems perfect right? Wrong! Ryan no longer believes in love after having his heart stomped in the past, or does he? And Kayla has to decide if she's willing to settle for what he's offering, sex and companionship but nothing more. I thought the situation with Ryan's ex was played out extremely well, it could've gone over-the-top easily but it didn't. This one kept me turning the pages like mad! I only wish that the story had been expanded and the characters fleshed out a tad. There is a lot of emotions, conflict, and outside influences here. It would've been wonderful to see that explored in greater depth. Overall, a good book that's worth picking up! I recommend!

There are no words for this book. Lacey surprises me with each new book I read. I keep thinking her books can't get better and every book is better than the last. This book is no different. Arranged Love follows Ryan and Kayla as they find love again. Their parents are bugging them to get married and continuously set them up. I laughed, I cried, I almost threw my kindle across the room. I loved the theory behind the book and it is amazingly written. I honestly don't think I have found a single book by Lacey that I haven't completely fallen in love with and this book is no exception. Well rounded characters, great plot and I was speechless after reading this book. It's been almost two weeks and I still have no words for how much I absolutely loved this book.RATING: 5 (million) stars out of 5!!!

This book was very enjoyable. I was curious from reading the description and I aslo knew it wasn't a big book so I went on reading it.From the ideas I got from the description and what I was reading were completely different and way more interesting. It went from arranged date to acquiesced and one night stand. but to fate and arrangements. Anyway everything backfired and plus a psycho girlfriend. Plus, there was a dynamic into the relationship and steps. They were learning and enjoying to living together and missing each other. That couple was also hot.

Kayla is not looking forward to another fix up by her parents, but can’t get out of dinner.  Little does she know that her ‘date’ ends up being the man she met at the bar the night before, the one who just so happened to rock her world!  Ryan is dead set against falling in love again after his ex broke his heart, so there is no way emotions will ever get in the way again.  Yeah, we’ll see how well that goes over for him when he shows up to another set-up and locks eyes with the woman who knocked his socks off last night! When you have two people who are tired of their parent’s meddling and decide to have a ‘fake relationship’ to get them off their backs, what can go wrong, right?  They don’t have to have to go on a real date, they can communicate via email. Who cares that they have great chemistry and that one night was off the charts in between the sheets… Find out what happens when emails turn into real dates. Or even better, when they can’t deny their attraction and decide they can have it all and leave love out of the equation.  Is that even possible? You have got to read this to see how it all turns out! Arranged Love is a fun, flirty, light read that leaves your heart smiling.  There are some fun, quirky moments that will make you laugh out loud – Animal Channel anyone! J  There is a little drama with the crazy ex, and an unexpected announcement shakes Kayla and tests her beliefs in love.  I loved this book and recommend it to anyone who loves a heartwarming romance.

*I voluntarily reviewed a free copy of this book*I absolutely loved this book. You have two grown adults (who are very attracted to each other), two sets of matchmaking parents, a crazy ex and a plan to get their parents to stop meddling. You know that is a recipe for disaster...or is it the recipe for love? This book is definitely worth the read so add it to your TBR, buy or borrow a copy and find out why I loved it so much!

Thanks to Lacey Wolfe and Beachwalk Press for the opportunity to read this story. I am a huge fan of Lacey’s and am always excited to read her stories. Overall, I truly enjoyed this story. It demonstrated a couple things for me. One being that love can come when you least expect it and don’t really want anything to do with it. Second, I am blessed that my parents have never been so involved in my love life that they would put me in a situation like this. Ryan and Kayla meet before their setup by their parents. I like that they met before the set up and how once they realized they were being set up, they made an arrangement to keep their parents off their back. What was supposed to be a mutual arrangement to keep feelings out of it turns into something that neither of them saw coming. It scares both of them! Ryan’s ex, Abbie, “befriends” Kayla at the gym. Kayla, not knowing that Ryan and Abbie were once a couple, begins to tell Abbie about Ryan and the arrangement. Abbie is not someone that I like at all!! The parents, well, they are parents. The typical put their nose in your business parents. You can’t do anything to change them! Adri's Review:One of the things that I enjoyed the most about this story is that even though it was an arranged relationship story, it doesn't follow the typical formula most of them do. Yes the two end up falling in love, but the fact that they started off wanting to pretend to have a relationship so that their family will get off their backs. The fact that Ryan and Kayla weren't looking to find love but had already met before the parents had introduced them. The development of their relationship from pretend to a real one is fun and intriguing. Not to mention how spicy the book is overall.Kayla is a funny character, she's also a bit of a smart alec with her parents, which makes for the best kind of comedy in my opinion. And Ryan is such a sweetie and loyal person, but also protective of those he cares about. The one thing that left me curious and wondering if we will know more about it in the future is the relationship between Kayla's parents. So I am hoping that this is beginning of a series. *looks at Lacey Wolfe with hope*Well I hope you enjoy the book as much as I did...Happy Reading... Adri

Arranged Love is a cute and playful romance by Lacey Wolfe. It is a fast-paced, quick read that is also entertaining. The characters are pleasant and the personalities of the meddling parents, especially the heroine's mother, are comical.Thirty-two year old freelance editor Kayla Ames has been on a lot of crazy dates, courtesy of her matchmaking parents. After another exhausting evening battling with them about her love life, she finally agrees to another blind fix-up. Not really sleepy, she ends up at McDuffy's, a local bar, seeking some stress relief. By the end of the night she has hooked up with a really good looking guy and experiences the best sex of her life thus far. Scientist Ryan Newell was hurt terribly during a prior relationship, so he is not looking for love. Of course his parents want to see him settled and happy, so they continue to arrange dates for him. It just so happens that their latest fix-up is Kayla. In order to pacify their parents and prevent any future meddling, Kayla and Ryan agree to fake date. They even move-in together in order to solidify the charade. However, all this couple time leads to great sex, wonderful conversations and evolving feelings. While Kayla and Ryan's relationship is just beginning, Kayla's parents' marriage is deteriorating. In addition, Ryan's psycho ex-girlfriend is creating problems. Luckily, Kayla and Ryan are able to overcome their relationship issues and work on a future together.I am a huge fan of the "arranged relationship" romance. Although this is a tried and true plotline, I found this version to be slightly quirky with characters I found to be somewhat unrealistic and difficult to identify with. The sex scenes are nicely described and hot. ARC received from the author in exchange for an honest review.

I had really high hopes for this book because the blurb drew me in. I ended up liking it ok. The storyline has so much potential. Two thirty-somethings who aren’t married and whose parents set up on a blind date. They decide since their parents are constantly harping on them, that they would have a fake relationship. Sounds fun, doesn’t it?There were some parts that flowed well, drew me in for a bit, and then the words would become more.. the only word I can think of is stilted, a little forced, if that makes sense. Scenes between Abbie and Kayla were where a lot of this forced feeling for me took place. It didn’t feel like natural conversation to me.It was a fun story but I didn’t get that emotional feeling very often, the one that makes me completely fall for a book, where I am totally invested in the characters and their relationship. When I was done I thought it was an ok book, but it wasn’t one I would rave on and on to my friends about.Ryan seems like he was a good guy but I didn’t get that epic male lead who makes you fall in love with him feel and I didn’t honestly care a lot about Kayla either.I guess what I wished for was more – characters that were a little deeper and conversation that flowed a little more naturally throughout the whole book. What it boils down to is I am okay with spending the time I did reading it but if this was a book where there was a sequel (I don’t think there is, there was no cliff hanger) I wouldn’t pick up the next book. I just didn’t feel invested in these characters at all. I am giving it 3 stars for a good basis to the story. I received an ARC for review and am not basing my rating when I go to Goodreads and Amazon on spelling, spacing, or wrong words. These may not be in the final copy.

*I received this book for free in exchange for my honest and unbiased review. All thoughts and opinions are 100% my own. *So two people being nagged by their parents to settle down and marry end up creating what they think is a fool proof plan to "pretend" to date, "pretend" to live together but have amazing incredible sex daily! What could go wrong you say? EMOTIONS! How they thought emotions would not creep their way in when you live together, see each other everyday, and have amazing sex is beyond me. Oh then add in a crazy ex-girlfriend causing drama to that equation. This book was really really good. The sex was awesome. The chemistry between the characters was the best. They had a real connection and attraction from the start. They did their best to keep their plan going but they both had their emotions changing the course and messing with them. This book had just the right amount of drama with the ex. It had me turning the pages and staying up late to see what was going to happen with them next. It was a quick read and I had it done in a few short days. The author did a wonderful job with the descriptions. They were perfect nothing left out but not with it dragging on forever. The beginning, middle, and end flowed wonderfully and all made sense. All ties were all tied up at the end and the ending came very nicely. This is definitely a book I would recommend to all! I will also be reading more from this author in the future. This book gets a 5/5 from me!

This was another great book by Lacey. I love her stories and she has the best characters. This is the story of Kayla, who's parents are constantly trying to match her or marry her off to any guy that comes along. Her parents now have a new set of friends that have a son they want her to meet. Sure Kayla wants to get married, but on her own terms. Kayla decides she needs a night of fun.Ryan is tired of his parents matchmaking also. He goes out again, but realizes he knows this beauty. Ryan gets Kayla to pretend that things worked between them and they are dating. He just wants it to stop, no more setting up. Ryan convinces Kayla to pretend to date & move in together. Ryan then decides he wants all the perks of having a live in girlfriend, including sex and dating fun. She agrees, but doesn't know if she is going to be able to tell the difference between real and fake. She just has to make sure she does not fall in love. Ryan has already told her he does not believe in real love and some day she wants real love and even more a family. This was another fantastic story by Lacey. Great characters, funny lines, and would definitely love to see a sequel to this story.

This is a fun, sexy romance that will lighten your heart, yet at the same time you might want to smack the characters to wake them up. Kayla and Ryan both have parents that feel they know best. It seems that being single is a crime so they are subjected to repeated “set-ups” to find them a partner. Their first meeting is eventful but what they decide to do is “pretend” to date to appease their parents. Ryan has been burned by love so he wants convenience without any emotion. Will Kayla be able to accept this type of relationship? As they get to know each other, will Ryan find that love isn’t so scary to embrace? Throw in ex-girlfriend and family drama and we are treated to an all-around wonderful romance that is a perfect afternoon escape.

A fun start with a lot of sizzle that maintains the hot temperature from beginning to end! After a fun meet (AKA hot meet!) Kayla Ames and Ryan Newell think they've got the better of their well meaning parent's when they agree to a plan of fake dating. By why wouldn't they? They obviously get along very well, and it seems so easy. Is it?Both Kayla and Ryan didn't expect to like each other so much. That certainly wasn't in the plan! Neither did they expect a mutual 'friend' to add in a few complications. When they are forced to take a hard look at their lives, they have to decide if their arrangement is worth keeping despite their pact to avoid love. Did their parent's arrange love after all?A fun enjoyable read from Lacey Wolfe!

Arranged Love was such a fun and at times funny, a sweet romance with heat. Kayla and Ryan are both intelligent, compassionate, and lonely and their parents have decided it is their job to fix that. Of course both of them are fine with the way things are. Or are they? I just loved watching them as they tried to fool every one into thinking they are a super happy couple only to figure out that they were actually only fooling themselves. Watching them struggle with love and what it means to them now and in the future given their pasts and even their present made this a book that was very difficult to put down.

I received a free ARC of this book and am voluntarily writing an honest review. Kayla and Ryan, both tired of their parents' meddling, agree to pretend to date after being set up...what could possibly go wrong? Ryan, burned in the past, is not looking for love but can they keep their real feelings out of their pretend arrangement? This is a fun story with likeable characters and a playful romance. Their pretend dates soon turn to real dates and they progress to moving in together but when Kayla's parents announce their pending divorce the lying becomes too much for Kayla. Will she walk away or stay in a relationship built on secrets and lies?

This was a good read. Couple is introduced by their parents and decide to "fake" date to get their parents off their backs. What follows is funny, confusing and very entertaining with an ex-girlfriend rearing her ugly head and parents possibly splitting up. You never know what's going to happen next!I received a free copy of this book and voluntarily chose to review it.

Arranged Love by Lacey Wolfe **** A sweet, hot read!I really enjoyed this story. The characters Ryan & Kayla are both likable, independent people who have a strong chemistry (hot!) together. There's a lot of crazy around them, and between them however, so their "relationship" is a bit of a hot mess at times! Disclosure: I received this book free and voluntarily reviewed it.

Arranged love is a sweet story about two people who hat had enough of their parents' interference in their love life. They agree to fake a relationship so they can have peace. The agreement is no emotion but as things progress the deal will be difficult to keep. It's a great love story that gets a smile on your face. Can certainly well recommend this story if you are love stories.
