3.75Gah, these would be so better if they were full length novels! I really enjoyed this one.

I agree with other reviewers that this is my least favorite of the series so far. This is the first one I was really bothered by the suddenness of the bonding. They'd known each other for hours and decided that making a commitment that would last centuries was a good idea...And how (view spoiler)[if they've got an entire caste of dragons dedicated to guarding and keeping watch over their valley, did humans manage to not only sneak in, but make it that far into one of the caves. (hide spoiler)]I still enjoy the idea of this world enough to keep going with the series.Favorite Quote:"Our people believe in second chances."

Very cute story if a little bit short. Yes I know this is the authors style but still it doesn't hurt to acknowledge that this story was a touch cut off. It was nice that Thom didn't REALLY have any hang ups in regards to same sex pairings. He was a newbie but it was obviously on his mind....I liked that he was also larger in frame than his Dragon Glarzy. I do have to say that there was an abundance of "aye's" in this book.....like a crapload of them...so they began to feel a little bit corny after awhile. :-\But I do really like this series. it's very different than this authors other series and it's always refreshing to have something New! :-)

I probably should stop reading this author. It’s just about sex these days. Glarzy even says as much when he makes clear that this companionship that dragons seek with an asda equals mainly lots and lots of sex. Great.Thom’s not such a bad guy in this story, but truly? I don’t see much point in these books anymore.I don’t think the author started out that way, but it’s been a long time.Just… do people really like to read this for the ever-same descriptions of sex with the barest framework of not even romance, but just meet-and-greet-and-bond? Good for them, if that’s the case. That stuff certainly seems easier to find than genuine emotion these days.

This book was not as good as the other two books in the series, I don't think. The first two thirds of the story were mostly sex and the actual story didn't really begin until the last third of it. Also this kind of felt like a rehash of the last book, so what I enjoyed in the last volume felt a little repetitive this time. But I still intend to continue the series, so far I'm enjoying it overall!

This particular story has some suspense-filled moments in it, but they are not major and the overall tone is light-hearted. Although Thom's past is painful, his personal character has risen above it and he seems to be a well-rounded person despite it. 2.75Warning: Thom does not end up with Kaiser, he gets together with a new character. Beware a randy dragon-man and a ridiculous amount of Ayes.

Wow, this is the third part in this series, and one full of sex, sex, sex. Only 10% in the storyline is actually talking. Good Gosh, what a cheesy bad series!!! DISAPPOINTING SERIES!

The stories in this series are short and I feel they are a bit rushed. I enjoy the concept of each story but wish for a bit more character development.

Well that was a cute little bit of mindless fun! Sometimes you need or want a little fantasy Island, or uh Valley. :-)
