Now, there's not a lot of reviews on this book so I thought I'd put in a few words. I guess I picked up this book because I didn't know what a glory hand was and the idea of a bunch of girls at a camp seemed interesting, like something bizarre could happen. Well, I was right about that. Some weird things that were more ritualistic did happen and I eventually found out about the glory hand at the very end. The beginning of the story was a little slow with not a whole lot of answers as to what was going on. The main character's mother had died and she ends up finding a note from her mother about how it was her wish for her to attend this camp. Spoilers here. The camp turns out to be some witch camp who worships the burning man or the devil. So either Cassie turns out to be the spawn of the devil or at least she's promised to him by her mother. I'm not sure. It got confusing towards the end, but the end was pretty bad ass so I gave it a 3. Overall, I wouldn't recommend, but it was an entertaining book for the most part.

I am a huge horror fan and I thought this novel was great. I haven't found a single review of it online and I thought there should be one. I was very impressed with this book especially since i bought it for a quarter at a general store that had a huge old book section. I can't find any information on it or the authors. Am i the only one out here who is a fan????
