Rowan see's it as a way to show Chase everything the Southwest has to offer, including her, while Chase is more worried about earning her keep and making sure one special little colt is strong enough to travel. Trust and understanding are tested, and some internal demons are laid to rest against the backdrop of sun-kissed mesas and tall pines. Both spiritual and sensual, the ladies discover that some journeys aren't measured by how many miles you travel, but by how far you are willing to take your heart....

Love Is Not a Romance Novel Reviews
Another lovely little story. I think I liked the first story just slightly more than this one. Though, because I can only rate on exact stars with no half stars, and no decimals, I can't actually show that I liked the first one more. Since they are both basically "4 stars" when that's all the "drilling down" I can do.I normally don't add much else except maybe some description of the story. And some character stuff and the like. I will say that, instead of finding that one character, Maria I think her name was, to be a feisty little spitfire of joy, as I'm sure I'm supposed to, I just found her mighty annoying. Irritating. Nosey. Etc. Etc. Bad me, I know.
Within moments of starting Love Is Not a Romance Novel, I was transported to a quiet, peaceful place. As the breeze caressed my skin, I heard the drone of insects lazily buzzing in the morning sun.Under a tall tree I was reunited with two dear friends, Rowan and Chase.Once again Rhavensfyre has granted the privilege to follow along as these beautiful women continue their journey together. While waiting for Smoothy's colt to grow strong enough to travel, Rowan and Chase take time to learn more of the other and explore their deepening love. As always, the passion between the two lovers burns as brightly as the noon day sun reflecting off the canyon walls.A wonderful follow up to Life Is Not a Country Song, Love left me happily contented yet yearning for more.
I like this more than the first Chase and Rowan novella. It's always interesting for me to read about what happens after the characters come together. The first story, "Life is Not a Country Song" is more of the "2 women meet, sparks fly, and how and when will the romance bloom" story. This time, Chase and Rowan had some downtime in New Mexico and are getting to know each other and developing their relationship further. The length of the novella does not lend itself much to character development. But for a relaxing, fun, and romantic read, it does the job.
This second book continues the sweet love story, funny, romantic, slow pace, moving. Going for the third
Part two.The story of Chase and Rowan continue. Beautiful descriptions of their journey to California. This book made me want to see Arizona. Can't wait for part three.
Book two doesn't disappoint, the story continues and blossoms. Nice follow up.. Looking forward the next installment.
LikeCan't wait to see what happens next and I still love how Chase and Rowan characters are developing. 3rd book here I come.
this was a great end to their journey.
