100 Weight-Loss Tips That Really Work Reviews
It is worth reading, however it went into the return to half price books bag. Many tips are things we've heard before and as such most of the tips make sense and are helpful. It's not a keeper because I got so distracted with a couple that I thought were ridiculous. For example he suggests scooping out the inside of a bagel to reduce carb intake. Why? Either have the bagel or half the bagel and enjoy it, and skip carbs for the rest of the day or skip the bagel. Why choose the bagel in the first place if you're not going to eat it? I have enough issues with food without messing with myself with such games. Also he gives conflicting advice in a couple of places, nuts are good! Don't eat too much nuts!I did read with interest about good carbs and bad carbs and I am going to try not to eat while reading, watching tv, or on the computer and of course I know I need to start daily walking.
Ummmm, 2005 seems like 4 score and seven years ago!!! Talk about dated! I don't know if this is just dated or if it was Vanilla in 2005. Seems like it is nothing original...but given how quick research changes, I am not surprised. I just don't get this love for carbs and hate for limiting carbs. Not my jam.
There's not much in here most of us don't already know. You know all that good healthy advice you've heard about from your doctors and any other legitimate health reference? It's all here, but short and sweet broken into 2 page or less tip-lists.May be helpful for a newbie to health stuff, but nothing really groundbreaking here.
