Deviation by M.C. Cerny4 StarsDeviation: an action, behavior, or condition that is different from what is usually expected. That is exactly that happens between Edith and Jack.Edith is in her senior year at Rutgers University. She is there on an academic scholarship and barely getting by with the little money she earns from her jobs and selling her plasma. Jack Hamilton is a successful business man, who is asked to come back and fill in for a sick professor. Jack was an education major prior to changing his major to business, so he is happy to get an opportunity to teach again. Now why did Jack decide to change his major, his entire life? One girl - Edith Willows. Who tempted him so badly during his student teaching he barely made it out without doing something they would both regret. Imagine his surprise when six years later he learns that Edith Willows is sitting in his Statics class. Both of them are obviously still attracted to each other, but Edith is barely passing and needs to focus on school and Jack needs to keep from getting fired from his temporary job. I really enjoyed this story, it is a novella and a full story will actually be released at a later date. So far I am hooked. I think the full story will be pretty great, this is told in dual POV, which was great since this is a forbidden love situation. I liked being able to see where both of their heads were at. In this novella there was some insta-love, which I am not a fan of, but I think once the full story is released we may get more backstory that would justify it. This one is definitely hot! I liked both Jack and Edith, and think the full story will be even hotter, with more angst. ”What do you want, Edith? What do you need?”“I. Need. You.”Look forward to reading more about these two.Teach Me: Part 1 by Elle Bright4.5 StarsHistory was for people who lived in the past.Pre-med major Savannah Bradshaw is on a mission, and doesn’t have time for distractions, she really doesn’t have time for this waste of a history class either. Savannah doesn’t need to look back on history, she is focusing on the future. Unlike most college students, she just wants to do what is necessary to get to the next step in her life. That plan is completed halted when Jake Anderson walks into her class, this isn’t what she expected. She expected Dr. Anderson to be an old, washed up professor, not her brother’s former best friend who is even more gorgeous then she remembered. It has been ten years since Jake has seen Savannah, and he can’t believe the beautiful woman she turned into. Part 1 explains why it has been ten years since Jake and Savannah seen each other, and the fallout that took place between Jake and her family. The accident that changed both of their lives forever. This story is told in dual POV, and I see a lot of potential in this one. There is so many places this story can go and how deep it can get. I really liked this one and cannot wait to continue on and see what happens with these two. ”Trust me, Vanna. You have no idea how much I can teach you."Back to School by Vicki Green2.5-3 StarsEmma is in her last year in junior college. She is working full time at a bar and going to school full time, doing everything right. Until she meets her new music professor Josh Tyler. She immediately agrees with her class when all the girls are giggling and whispering about him, but he is a professor and completely off limits. But when he she looks up at work and sees Josh singing, all bets are off. The two of them decide to try to get to know each other. They know dating is prohibited but they can't stay away from each other and decide it is worth the risk."Hey. You're worth it. Don't ever say that. Look. I've never had a relationship, not really, and I probably suck at it but I know what I want. I want to get to know you, see where it goes.I love student/teacher romances, but this one wasn't for me. It was too over the top cheesy, and the insta-love was insane. Both decided after seeing each other once that they were meant to be together...that is just too much too fast. Also, this didn't have the forbidden love aspect I love in student/teacher romances. This was a complete story with an epilogue and was told in dual POV - things I normally love, but this one wasn't for me.My blogging partners and I have split this one up, so all of the reviews will be posted once completed. Book – Hot for TeacherAuthor – Anthology (broken down by author below)Publication Date – October 28, 2014Genre – RomanceType – AnthologyCliffhanger – Some individual stories doRating – 4 out of 5 StarsThis review is only the stories I have read. Well, I worried what I would tell Amalie when I read it, but what a shocker when I found out that it wasn’t what I expected.  Yeah, so I hated Simon in the beginning with his cocky attitude but as the story went on and he developed as a character, I understood his misguided actions and started to sympathize with him. This was a great story that had me laughing, shaking my head, gripping my heart and sighing all at the same time. Definitely, a short story where I pray the author develops it further into a full-length novel! The Life Plan by Phalla S. Rios (Carol)3 ½ StarsThis story had so much going on that it was difficult at times to keep up with what was happening.  I was a bit confused about the whole back story between parents. As you already know from my review above that I’m not a Teacher/Student fan, but again, I was pleasantly surprised with how the author took a couple with only a 7 year age difference with a past history and shaped it into the genre.I did enjoy this story but would have liked to have the complete book – I know it’s difficult to develop characters and a story line in novellas and this is one I would like to know more about…expand on this more! The Teacher’s Pet by Niquel (Carol)4 StarsWhat a cute story about a pair of male twins who are vying for the attentions of their new ‘hot’ teacher. This is told in both Zach and Zeke’s POV – and even though these two may look exactly the same…their personalities couldn’t be more different - Zach the star football player and just a “PLAYER” in general vs. Zeke the smart, dorky one.I do have to warn you though that this does end in a MAJOR cliffhanger that will have you ready to pull your hair out.Wrap-UpSo these are the stories I read with my fellow angels – overall this is a cute collection of stories that took me out of my comfort zone to be surprised with how tasteful these authors’ imaginations can come up with a story about a touchy subject. You can find our full review on October 28 on the StarAngels Reviews Blog! For more Reviews, Free E-books and Giveaways

Dnf 57%This is an anthology of short stories and teasers that I thought I'd love as it centres around one of my fave story set ups - the affair with a teacher/forbidden love set up. I pushed through to the Missy Johnson prequel (which was pretty good), but the others I read ranged from just ok to unreadable. The spelling and grammar in several stories was poor too. I can't read any more I'm sad to say.

*ARC given in exchange for an honest review. I decided to review each book individually so that I could highlight each story:)*Rite of Passage by Mandee Mae Wow! This short, little read was majorly hot and steamy! Haley lived a very sheltered life, and she had never really experienced anything exciting…Until now. She learned very quickly that her new roommates were about to teach her things she only dreamed about. She also was learning how quickly she could fall for someone. That someone would be her roommate, Liam. Who is just yummy;) In a short time, Haley went from being sheltered to free. This story was HAWT! Whew!“There are teachers in every shape and size. Make sure you pay attention when you meet one…you just might learn something.”Unwritten History by Missy Johnson and Carly GreyI want…No, I NEED MORE! Jill has spent her whole life moving around being an army brat. She decides to make an online profile to try to get some friends. What she actually got was a friendship from a guy that she was not expecting. The one thing that stands in the way is her age. Being only seventeen, she didn’t think anyone would give her the time of day. So, she made herself twenty. She doesn’t keep that secret for long. But what happens when the attraction is so strong that maybe the age doesn’t matter? As Jill and Eli’s romance blossoms, so do the truths. And the truth can hurt. Especially when the person you are falling for becomes forbidden. I’m so glad the continuing story comes out soon! I have so many questions! I also want to know more about this awful guy, Jamie. I have a feeling that he’s about to play a big part…Deviation by M.C CernyEdith Willows can’t seem to catch a break. She’s barely able to make ends meet, and now she is failing a class that see needs to keep her scholarship. Feeling like it can’t get any worse, she is surprised to find out that it can. When her new professor walks in, she comes face to face with a man that has been a part of her fantasies for years. A man that she shared a passionate kiss with, and never saw him again. When Jack Hamilton sees Edie again after all these years, the feelings come straight back to his mind…and other places. She was the reason he almost gave up being a teacher. He could never keep his mind off of this dark-haired girl when he was student-teaching. Then, after that one kiss, he knew he was a goner. How was he going to ignore her now when he needed to help her the most?“Jack, what are we doing?”“I’m learning you. Learning what you like, learning what gets you mad with desire until your eyes roll back into your head. Edith, it’s never been like this for me before.”This story not only had sexy moments, it also had laughter, drama, and swoon-worthy moments. I can’t wait to read more about this couple that fights the system just to be together.“You drive me crazy. I could spend the rest of my life trying to do the right thing and leave you alone, but I tried that. It didn’t work so I’m giving up.”“You’re mine now, Edith. I’m not letting you go.”The Life Plan by Phalla S. Rios“I had my first kiss when I was ten years old and it changed my life forever.”Vida Wakefield hasn’t had the best life. She has spent the majority of her life fighting everyone in her town because of rumors and scandal. The best thing that ever happened to her was a boy that knew the truth, and her secrets. The problem was that he left her when she needed him most.Conner Tomlinson has his own share of demons. He has fought hard to overcome most of them, but there are still ones that he can’t ignore. One being when he had to leave behind the most beautiful, red-headed girl he’s ever known. Now, walking into his new job, he is about to become face to face with the past he tried so hard ignore. “I should tell you that I don’t think it’s a good idea for you to be here in class alone with me.”“What’s stopping you?”“This is all very dangerous, you and I. I know I won’t be able to stay away from you. The harder I push myself to leave you alone the more I would want you. What do we do?”The struggle to keep their love a secret gets harder and harder. Especially when there are so many around ready to tear them down. Can a lifelong relationship beat all the odds? This story ends in a major cliffhanger, and I hope to find out what happens soon!!!“Every second that I was away from you, I wanted to come back and take you away from here, from this life, from all the secrets we’ve had to keep. I want you to wake up happy and go to sleep happy, and not have to carry the pain you’re carrying.”The Teacher's Pet by NiquelBrothers. You can’t live with them, and can’t live without them. In the case of twins Zeke and Zach, they could not be opposite…Or hate each other more.“The only real life problem I’ve always had-shares the same face as me.”While Zach was the star quarterback, and the ladies man, Zeke was the smart and shy brother. They have spent their teenage years being rivals, and nothing could make it worse than a girl coming into the mix. Not just any girl, but their new writing teacher. Maxine Shepard was “sex on a stick”, and every boy in class wanted her. But it was Zach and Zeke’s mission to have her all to themselves. May the best brother win! It’s not an easy task to handle. Not only are they fighting for the attention from the same gorgeous new teacher, but each brother has a girl that is dying for their affections, too! This story just kept twisting and bending the rules and I can’t wait to see how it all ends!! I love a good brother fight;)Debating Number Ten by Amalie Silver“I, Simon Blackwell, III, was hot for my teacher, and I was going to seduce her right out of her skimpy, too-sexy-for-her-own-good panties if it was the last thing I did.”Simon had a mission, and that mission was to sleep with his debate teacher. But it wasn’t as simple as he wanted it to be. So, he thought up a plan to sleep with ten girls before he finally went in for the kill. He figured he would learn from different girls how to be the perfect man. I did find humor in him naming each girl after a vehicle“Miss Shields was my Jaguar, and I planned to have one hell of a ride.”But fate is a funny thing. Right when he has the perfect opportunity to finally seduce Miss Shields, he finds himself falling for his number ten candidate, Arleen Carson.“There’s a small part of me that thinks she could be Number Ten because I can feel her walls crumbling. But then there’s another part of me that just enjoys being with her…And I was thinking about Arleen not as a number, or a car, but as a person.”Arleen has not had a good childhood, and she still fights every day to move forward. But as soon as she meets Simon, everything changes. But she knows his past. She knows what he’s done, and to who. Can she trust that he has changed?“What do you want from me, Arleen?”“I want you to kiss me, Simon.”For three years, Simon only had one hot teacher on his mind. But now this broken girl has entered his life, and he has tunnel vision. He can only see her. Will Simon finally be able to break his playboy habit? Will he finally get the girl, and if so, which one?“Please, Arleen? Let me keep you?”I really enjoyed this story! I loved the final debate;) Back to School by Vicki Green“He just became the hottest guy at school, and I don’t think he even knows it. Damn, but he’s a teacher, and they are a ‘no-go’ with a student. Crap! But school never looked this good, ever!”Emma Danielson is working hard to get her business degree. It’s her last year of college, and she could not be happier. When she’s not in class, she’s bartending late into the night. She’s tired, worn out, and she doesn’t need a distraction. But when she sees her new music teacher not only in the classroom, but as the lead singer that’s performing at her bar, she knows she’s in trouble.“I must be insane and so freakin’ lucky. Who am I kidding? I can’t stay away from him. There’s no way.”Josh Tyler has been working for four years to become a full time teacher. That’s his plan until his band can hit it big. On his first day on the job, he can’t seem to focus because of a beautiful, blonde that sits in the back corner. He’s even more shocked that she works at the same bar that his band is playing. He knows it’s wrong to feel this way, but he knows he can’t deny this attraction. He also knows that she feels it too.“How unlucky am I? Why on earth do I find someone who I actually want to know, be with, and am not free to do so?”It doesn’t take these two long to push the boundaries and go for what they truly want…Each other. Josh is sooooo swoonworthy! Goodness me. I want him to write me a song;) I love these two together. My heart was very happy at the endTeach Me by Elle BrightLesson one: The most innocent of touches could be intimate.Savannah Bradshaw had no idea that when she showed up for the first day of her history class, that her own history would be staring her in the face. After ten years, her brother’s ex-best friend still made her heart flutter. Too bad she couldn’t do anything about these feelings…Because he was her new professor.“One fact be came absolutely, one hundred percent certain-history just became a lot more interesting.”Jake Anderson left the only family he ever knew when a horrible accident not only damaged his best friend for life, but left him with a huge ball of guilt inside. When he sees the face of the sweet little girl he left all those years ago, he doesn’t know what to do. Mainly because she wasn’t that little girl anymore…She was the now the young woman he had to have.“The kid he’d known and loved like a sister had grown to be the most beautiful, intriguing, and infuriating women he’d ever met.”Lesson two: The smallest glance could be a testament of unwavering affection. When Jake decides to tutor Savannah to help pick her grade up tensions rise, sparks fly, and history slips into the present. She’s always had feelings for him, but he is surprised at how fast he’s falling. Could they have a future? Should they even try? “You’re trouble Anna-Banana.”“Yeah, but you’ve always known that.”“This is an entirely different kind of trouble.”“You have no idea.”“I’m beginning to.”Lesson Three: People could fall in love in a series of tiny moments.I have such high hopes for Savannah and Jake. The innocence of this situation is what pulls me in. They are attracted to each other, but they have a past that they need to work through. I hope they can pull through everything together, and work with each other to put the past behind them. Can’t wait to read more!“Teach me, Jake. Teach me how to love.”Love Lessons by Liv Morris“The depth of feelings I have for this scarred and beautiful young man overwhelms me…I forget he’s my student. Instead I see a young man who needs a friend, and I willingly transform into one.”Staci Tillman is the cheerleading coach and also the creative writing teacher at the high school she just graduated from four years ago. No one takes her very seriously because of her age and her looks. Most of the boys just call her “Miss Tilfman”, ya know, Teacher I would like to…you get the idea. Daniel Johnson is the star quarterback on the field, but in his home life, he is secluded. Because of a family tragedy, he has no social life; no life at all for that matter. The most exciting thing in his life is getting to see his teacher every day. If only he could express his feelings, or even act upon them. When Daniel starts failing Miss Tillman’s class, she has no choice but to tutor him. But happens when they come face to face alone for the first time?“Our position is deadly. One that could end and destroy me, but I’ve never felt so alive and willing to submit to what I know is wrong.”This short story left me wanting so much more! I want to know all the in between details, and what happened in those missing years. Great short read“Do you believe in love at first sight?”“What a loaded question.”“Gotcha.”“But I do believe in lust.”“And I lust you.”Extra Credit by Nicole BlanchardEvie is nervous about her audition for her theatre arts class, so her friend Jessica decides to take her out to a party to drink and loosen up a bit. While at the party, she comes face to face with Theodore Drake. He is the hottest theatre actor there was. I mean who wouldn’t be taken aback by a famous actor standing in your presence? What’s worse is that in her drunken stupor, she finds out that not only is Theo a new teacher at her college, but he’s her theatre arts professor! Talk about awkward! Now Evie has to figure out not only how to audition in front of this man tomorrow with him knowing how drunk she is tonight, and she has to fight these feelings she has.“No matter what my pheromones tell me, he wasn’t my time. At all. I promise. I think.”Problem was that not only was she harboring feelings, so was Theo.“I have to kiss you.”“You do?”“I’ve been thinking about it since the first time I saw you.”“You have?”“You haven’t?”“Theo, we can’t.”“Just once.” Then he’s kissing me.I know I wouldn’t be able to resist that man! There’s just something about a man that can act, plus he’s hot;) I hope there will be more to this story because I really enjoyed it!“You may think you’re a wallflower, but I haven’t been able to take my eyes off you, Evie. You just weren’t paying attention.”

OMG. This book was so not what I was expecting. I don't know what I was expecting, If I am honest it wasn't this. I thought because of the title I thought the stories might of been a bit uncomfortable to read, It just goes to show the saying about " Never Judge A Book By It's Cover" couldn't apply more to this book. This book is amazing and sizzling. From the first Book I was hooked. Although each story is complete, they are novella's so are short, but fit. Each book contains something different. Something hot and totally unexpected, each story telling something else. I couldn't put it down. Each story has that special something. Out of the 10 stories in this book I have only ever read one before and I can honestly say I will definitely be reading more from each Author. The beauty of a book like this is that you get to discover the fantastic talents of authors you haven't read before. I could of give reviews of each book featured, but as they were novella's I didn't want to risk giving too much away. So thought I would give a collective review. If your looking for something a bit different in genre then this is it. This is a book I think everyone should read. I really recommend it. This book had me intrigued from the blurb when I read it. It's compelling, spellbinding, and will make you lose a few hours, but it's so worth it. I give this 5/5 stars.

The thing that I hate about books like this is that it only gives me a sample of the story and than keeps me wanting more, I also hate that I never really know which story to review so I end up reading all of them and than I'm panting for more, so the best option for me is to tell how I felt about all of them. I absolutely loved every story and I can't wait for the rest of the story to come out so I can gobble them up. Each story had me on the end of my seat and biting my nails because I didn't want them to end. This is definite a must read even if it gives you a little taste it is a little taste that you will not regret reading and than you will start stalking the authors to find out when the rest of the story is coming out.

I had the chance to read a few novellas from this well-packed bundle, which is a sure thing to entertain any reader for a few hours.First reviewed on Literaria sede-literaria.blogspot.comRITE OF PASSAGEFrom naive to open-minded, this college girl is about to experience hot lessons from a bunch of sweet and teasing teachers, the very people who share a house with her thanks to a scholarship. It's a wonderful initiation to someone who didn't know a thing about intimacy. She gets to learn through step-by-step phases that help her overcome her shyness. Good steamy scenes.UNWRITTEN HISTORYOh, this is so unfair! I relished this story for it's a fantasy come true. A seventeen-year-old girl who meets a hot guy on line. When they see each other face to face, fireworks explode between them. He doesn't know her real age, of course. It was so deliciously naughty to watch her insecurities over her lies, then the truth hitting them both hard. There was a great plot twist at the end, but it left me panting for much, much more. Why? After the steamy scene and the heated ultimatum, I find out it's the prequel to Rewriting History (great titles, by the way!), a full-length novel releasing on the 7th November 2015? Really, that far? :o(DEVIATIONIt reminds me a lot of Gabriel's Inferno, by Sylvain Reynard. That's why I liked it a lot. A strong-willed girl with the right amount of vulnerability for the hero to come to the rescue. A teacher who fights against his desire for a student. Good scenario, right? The chemistry was very good, and he took great care of her when she needed him. I liked that the author was able to infuse the story with meaning, sweet gestures and the right dose of sexy times. Romantic. And there is so much more where this came from...

Debating Number 10 by Amalie Silver The story of a self-confessed douchebag. This novella is about Simon who is sleeping his way through the girls in his debate team and his plan is to seduce his debate teacher, Miss Shields after he bags number 10. Well, that is the plan until Simon meets Arleen who he intends to make his number 10. This is actually a very sweet and funny story - funny in that who tracks their conquests on a spreadsheet but Simon? And sweet because watching the relationship and love between Arleen & Simon grow was really lovely. I really loved that Amalie had me in fits of laughter and serious eye-rolling amidst some feelings of genuine compassion for Simon and his lack of relationship with his parents. Loved this story and enjoyed the anthology as a whole. Definitely wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

***obsessed by books arc copy given in exchange for an honest review***This compilation of short reads is a solid four star read...the style of writing varies from author to author but all are hot, sexy and well written. Some are more to my tastes than others but all had me turning the pages to find out what happened next! I have been introduced to many new authors by this anthology and I can't say there was a bad one in the mix. Student/teacher books are not usually my thing but it wasn't just the classic take on this genre and the twists were very enjoyable! This is a perfect take to bed read as each novella is just long enough to be your bed time story...18+ style as there are some seriously smokin hot scenes. The characters include chiseled sexy guys, lushious beauties and sass! I thoroughly enjoyed this box set and will be one clicking other books by these authors.

*** I Love Story Time was gifted an ARC in exchange for an honest review ***3.5 to 4 Stars!!This is the first time that I have done a review for an anthology before, so bare with me! This is also the first time that I have read an anthology so I was not sure how it actually worked. There is a total of 10 stories included in this bundle. The stories ranged from a few chapters to 23 chapters. Some were hot and some were sweet. All stories were pretty good. Some I did like more than others and some were not what I expected. Between all these stories there's lots of sex and not just Male/Female. There was a story that had Female/Female as well as orgies. So if you are sensitive with those kind of scenarios, these stories may not be for you. Overall, I did enjoy getting the chance to read through the Hot For Teach Anthology. I did notice that at times it was hard connecting with some of the characters. Being that the stories were short, by the time I started connecting with them, the story ended. But I guess that may be what the Author may wanted. To drag you in and leave you hanging and wanting more! Let me say, some did do that to me. Some are left on a cliff hanger and some leave you wondering how it is all going to end. There are some that were prequels to the main books that will be coming out soon that I would love to read and get the completed story! A few of the stories I was able to connect with and really enjoyed the characters. I will name just a few below as well as tell you a little about the story and what I thought about them individually....Unwritten History by Missy Johnson and Carly Grey.Jill is constantly moving from city to city because her dad is in the military. Since she isn't in one place long she doesn't have many friends so she decides to make a profile on a dating website. Only, she pretends to be older so that she can get to know more mature people. She gets a reply from Eli and they soon start to become friends through text. After 6 months of texting, they finally meet. Sparks fly instantly and one thing leads to another leading their relationship to become more than just friends. However, things are not as easy as they once were and secrets come out causing their situation to change in an instant. This is a prequel to a series that is going to be coming out in November of 2015. I would love to see how things end up because the prequel does leave you with a little cliff hanger. Jill also has a friend name Alice that she met through her years in different high schools and has remained in contact with. I loved their texting back and forth. It was hilarious...at one point when she sent her message to the wrong person I died laughing.. Seriously... do you know how many times I have done that? That was the best! Especially with what it said! How embarrassing for her, but so dang funny! Then the response that was sent back made me laugh even harder! OMG!!! The best part ever! I really enjoyed this short story. I also feel that there is something going on with her neighbor that is constantly giving her a hard time, so I'm looking forward to see where that goes as well. I would rate this prequel 4 stars, because it is a good start and leaves you wanting more! The Life Plan Prequel by Phalla S. RiosConner and Vida knew each other when they were younger. They were great friends even though they had an age difference between them. Then one day Conner and his family moves leaving Vida all alone. Now, years later Conner is back and Vida runs into him where she least expects it. The minute they see each other both their feelings that they had for one another are back. However, things are not easy and they can't be together because of their circumstances. The pull between them is so strong that they are willing to throw everything away to be together. Conner and Vida are cute together. I liked how Conner was always trying to protect Vida from everything. Conner's personality was really cute and playful. Knowing that they had a big age difference Conner never rushed Vida to do anything that she wasn't ready for. This story does leave you on a little cliff hanger and I am interested to see how everything works out and if their relationship will last through the twist and turns I'm sure this book is about to take! The Teacher's Pet by NiquelZeke and Zach are twin brothers that are totally opposite of each other. Zeke cares about getting into the college of his dreams and is working hard to get the best grades he can. He is more to himself and not worried about what others think of him. Zach is the quarter back of the their school's football team and is more worried about what girl he is taking home for the night. Zach is cocky and thinks hes Gods gift to every girl around. The only thing that they have in common other than their mom and dad, is the hate they have for each other. Zach is constantly messing with Zeke always giving him a hard time. Then one day they find themselves getting in competition with each other over the same girl. They both have eyes for her and try to see who will get her first. Zach of course only wants one thing, and Zeke wants more then just one night. This story was cute but Zach was an ass! Zeke was the sweet boy next door! He has a best friend Rachel that he is always with and talking to and I like their relationship as well. Things start to change between them and Rachel knows he is hiding something but is not sure what. The ending is a moment that leaves you wondering what is going to happen! This was a great prequel to get the readers hooked and wanting to read the next book!Lastly, but definitely not least, my favorite one was ....Back To School by Vicki Green.Emma meets the sexy Josh Taylor on her first day back to school. Josh instantly becomes the hottest boy in school and doesn't even notice. He is also in a band trying to become famous. All his band members are also pretty cool and enjoy having a good time, and say some crazy stuff! Josh is seriously the sweetest! The things he does and the things he says to Emma are so heart warming. His loving and caring personality just brings so many emotions out of you as a reader! I think Emma says it perfectly.....You know that filling you get every time you see or hear the person you are head over heels for? That one that makes you eager to see or hear them every second of the day? Yeah, that's what I'm feeling right now."Josh brought those same feeling out in me! I fell in love with him in this short story!Layton is one of Emma's friends and he is so funny. He's laid back and enjoys life to the fullest. He is also gay, and that just makes him the gay friend I've always wanted but never had!!.LOL.. Some of the things his says while hanging out with Emma were hilarious. I really liked this story, this one was my favorite by far! Now, I just have to go on Goodreads and see what else I need to read from Vicki Green! There are obviously more stories to read about in this bundle, other then the ones I've mentioned. So if your someone that enjoys short stories or likes to read prequels to see if you would want to read the full novel, then his bundle would be great to pick up! It definitely will be keeping my eyes open for some of the full length novels that will be coming out soon!~JulsI Love Story Time Ratings:5+ = ILST FAVORITE!5 = LOVED, HIGHLY recommend.4 = REALLY liked, recommend.3 = GOOD, but needed more.2 = It was OKAY.1 = NOT for me.

Overall, I've given this anthology 3 stars but I've also rated the stories individually, as they differ vastly in my opinion.I must also point out that I have been informed that some of these stories are going to be released as full length novels. I'm not sure which ones but I think some would certainly work better that way and some are perfect as they are. So overall, this is probably good value for money as long as you go in realising that there's no way ALL ten stories are going to be as good as one another. Rite Of Passage by Mandee Mae2 StarsHaley has moved to college, leaving behind her family, who seem to have kept a very close eye on her. She's as innocent as can be, with zero experience (on life, love or sex) but that's all about the change! There's no denying that this, the first book in the anthology is jam packed full of hot sex. Personally I needed more depth, more background, more of a story. However, if you're looking for a short hot tale that's a quick, easy read, you'll enjoy Haley's story.Deviation by M.C. Cerny4 StarsNow this is a short story! Even though it's short, it's got all the makings of a great tale.A sweet heroine, who's escaped her family and doing everything she can to not only better herself but to also give herself a chance at a great future, despite being told she'll never amount to anything. Then there's Jack. Sigh...Jack. He's a great character! Compassionate and although he knows that even his thoughts are breaking the rules, he can help himself.Beautifully written, I couldn't put it down til I'd finished this endearing story. The Life Plan (Prequel) by Phalla S. Rios3 StarsWhat happens when you fall in love at tender age of 10? Is it just a childhood crush? Vida didn't get the chance to find out because Connor left, leaving her with only the memory of a brief peck of a kiss. Eight years later, who turns out to be her substitute teacher? None other than Connor... Connor blows hot and cold and I couldn't connect with him at all. He doesn't seem to know what he wants and is keeping lots of secrets. There were so many unanswered questions, which left me feeling a little frustrated. However, I believe that the full story is due to be released in early 2015 and it does have potential. I marked this review down slightly as there were just far to many errors (incorrect grammar, mixed tenses in sentences, incorrectly used words - honesty instead of honestly) to simply overlook. Hopefully this will be picked up before the full novel is released. The Teacher's Pet by Niquel2 StarsI'm sorry to say that this story wasn't for me. I couldn't connect with the characters and they seemed immature, even for their young age.The dislike and competition between the twins was unrealistic - I just couldn't see what happened 3 years ago happening. They were more like enemies than brothers.Despite the teacher element, I just found myself a little bored. There's no chemistry amongst any if the characters either. The writing style didn't flow smoothly and read more like a step by step guide. Unwritten History by Missy Johnson and Carly Grey4 StarsJill is lonely. Having to move around as her father's job sees fit, she doesn't fit in or make friends easily. She strikes up an online friendship with Eli but she's hiding so much from him and how well can you ever really know someone that you've never actually met?I felt for Jill, especially when she's having to deal with a bully at school, who also happens to live next door. There's lots of questions that need answering but I really enjoyed this, the prequel to Rewriting History, a full length novel due to be released in November 2015.Debating Number Ten by Amalie Silver3 StarsHmmm, how do I sum up this book. Well, it's kind of endearing I guess. Not remotely sexy or hot though. Simon is a geek, but a popular debate team geek, who has made it his mission to learn all he can about sex. Why? Well, he's infatuated with Katie - Ms Shields - his debate coach. Having put his plan into action, it looks likes it all going to pay off when suddenly a mysterious girl shows up. Will she throw a spanner in the works or can be make her just another part of his plan? A sweet story about discovery and realising our mistakes. Teach Me: Part 1 by Elle Bright4 StarsWow! I absolutely loved this instalment of Teach Me. Savannah has closed herself off to all emotions and friendships - she doesn't even believe in love. Abandoned by her mother after a tragic accident, she's left to fend for herself. The only thing she can see is her future and she's doing all she can to put her plans into action. Then she runs into someone from her childhood. Someone she hasn't seen in years, since everything as she knew it changed. Could he be the one to teach her to live in the now? This is beautifully written and it gives just enough of a taste to draw you in but left me wanting so much more. There's so much I want to know - I can't wait for Part 2! Back To School by Vicki Green3 StarsEmma doesn't know what to do with her life. She's coasting along at college and working all the hours she can at Randy's Place. Things suddenly look up when she meets Josh, who is not only her new music teacher but the frontman of the new band playing where she works. This is a sweet love story but can it ever really work out between a student and a teacher? This story felt a little too rushed to me. The author has left no questions unanswered but somehow it seemed a little forced for me. It is however, a quick, fun read. Love Lessons by Liv Morris3 StarsA really fast paced but sweet story. If the author ever decided to make this into a full length novel, there'd be plenty to delve into! Daniel is the star footballer but far from being a player and jock, he's kept home by his overbearing parents. The only thing, besides football, that keeps him going in Ms Tillman - although he's flunking her class as he can't concentrate on anything but her. Extra Credit by Nicole Blanchard3 StarsEvie is absolutely dreading her audition. Why does she need to audition if she wants to work behind the scenes anyway. Things only get worse when she discovers that Theodore an ex broadway star is on the panel. He decides to take her under his wing, to give her a helping hand before her second audition, but is that all he's interested in doing?I found this short story a little slow and it ends rather abruptly too. Not much chemistry for me personally either and even the drama is downplayed a little too much for me.

In this anthology, centered around the theme of being “hot for teacher”, there are ten novellas by ten different authors. I read and finished all except one. The first story in this anthology is Rite of Passage by Mandee Mae. I haven’t heard of this author before, but I am hooked on her writing. This was my first time reading lesbian and group sex, and let me tell you, it was HOT!! I was in a puddle by the end of this novella. It is also different than the rest, because it’s not about your typical teacher. The main character moved into a house the summer before her freshman year of college, and her housemates introduced her to many new things, most of them sexual. I loved this one and I believe it is my favorite story in this anthology. Five stars!Unwritten History by Missy Johnson and Carly Grey ends on a cliffhanger. Actually, most of the stories in this anthology do. It drove me insane! There’s a moment during this story where I figured out what was going to happen, and I knew it wouldn’t end well. And it didn’t! The ending, the cliffhanger, I’m DYING to know what happens next. When Jill meets a guy over an online dating service, she’s terrified to meet him because she may have fibbed just a bit on her profile… But they meet and he doesn’t suspect a thing. I give this book four stars, because it took me a few minutes to remember what happened after looking at my notes. In Deviation by MC Cerny, we get the typical teacher and student relationship, except, like many of the others in this anthology, the two somehow knew each other and the student was shocked to see them teaching their class. I felt that Jack (the teacher), and Edie, the student, their relationship progressed too quickly and that I didn’t really get the forbidden vibe from this story. I give this novella three and a half stars. The Life Plan (Prequel) by Phalla S Rios was one of my least favorites in this anthology. I felt that there was either too much drama or not enough drama. I was either bored or rolling my eyes. There were also inconsistencies with ages, and being a trained beta reader, that caught my eye and took me away from the story. I give this novella two and a half stars. It does end on a cliffhanger, a pretty bad cliffhanger, and it actually has me wanting to read the book that this is a prequel too.Teacher’s Pet by Niquel is about two twin high school boys, Zeke and Zach. Zeke is your typical nerd, quiet and very studious, a mathlete. Zach is your jock, star football player and manwhore. These two have nothing in common except for one thing… they’re hot for their teacher. And the teacher is hot for one of them… I really liked this novella, I just think that it needed more substance. I give this four stars.Debating Number Ten was more of what I was expecting in this anthology. Simon is on the debate team, and is hot for his teacher. Like really bad. He’s actually gone so far as to sleep with nine girls in his school, his high school, so he can practice and be so amazing, that his teacher will never want to leave him. He needs one more, number ten, to have the experience he thinks he needs. And when he finally finds number ten, she’s not at all what he expected. This one doesn’t end on a cliffhanger-thank God!- and it ended perfectly. I loved it! Five stars!Teach Me Part 1 by Elle Bright is another one of those stories where the girl knows the teacher, but is surprised by his appearance. Savannah and Jake, the teacher, start a relationship, and to me it progresses really quickly. I didn’t like that. It ends on a cliffhanger, but it’s not too terrible. I give this novella three stars.Back to School by Vicki Green is the only novella I did not finish. I hate leaving bad reviews; I do not want to hurt anyone’s feelings, but I think she deserves to know why I didn’t read the whole novella. Her writing style isn’t something that I like. I feel that her structure is sentence to sentence, not written with the overall picture in mind. Some of her paragraphs would be very bland, non-descriptive, but talk about many different subjects. The thing that also really bugs me, is that when time lapses between paragraphs, she doesn’t put a blank line in between them, so I keep reading, thinking no time has passed, but it has. Since I did not finish, I am not going to give this a star review.Love Lessons by Liv Morris is probably my second favorite story in this novella. It was what I was expecting, the student and teacher hot for each other, really wanting time alone, fantasizing about what would happen when they were alone. Daniel is in Ms. Tillman’s Creative Writing class and is failing because all her does is think about her. He’s also the star football player. Ms. Tillman used to be a student at that school, the star cheerleader but is back now as a teacher. When Daniel is told that he needs help and is going to be tutored by his hot teacher, well, you can guess what happened. I give this five stars!Extra Credit by Nichole Blanchard is another one I didn’t particularly like. I know that she is a new author, so I know it’s not perfect, but I did not get the teacher vibe from Theodore Drake. I wanted the “This is forbidden, we can’t be seen together” feeling, but that wasn’t there. There was also one scene where I just looked at it and was like “What just happened?” It did not make any sense at all. And of course, it ends on a cliffhanger as well. I give this novella three stars.Overall, this anthology is one I really enjoyed. It’s the first anthology I’ve ever read front to back. I recommend it highly and think that if you like student-teacher romances, then this will be your bible.

Right of Passage by Mandee MaeHaley has not had a great home life and finally moves away to go to collage she doesn't have many life experiences, never really had any friends never had a boyfriend and never even been kissed but moving into a shared house with 3 girls and 4 boys for collage is going to change all that. The girls can see Haley is falling for one of her housemates Liam and as she has zero experience decide and take her on a shopping expedition that just so happens to include a sex shop after picking up few items they make their way home to teach Haley a thing or to. This is one hot short story and deserves 4 stars just wish it could have been a little longer.Unwritten History by Missy JohnsonJill and Eli have been talking online for months now and Eli now wants to meet Jill in person when he moves to Denver where Jill lives to help out his father as he's ill. The problem is Jill has told Eli she is 20 when she's only really 17 and still at school. Eventually they do meet up and one thing leads to another but what will happen when Eli finds out the truth and there's an even bigger bombshell to be revealed. This is the prequel to Rewritten History due to be released in November and has definitely left me wanting more. 5 stars. Deviation by M.C. CernyJack and Edith meet a few years ago whilst Jack was doing his teaching degree at Edith's high school after a slightly embarrassing accident Jack and Edith shared a kiss this lead Jack to reconsider his career as a full time teacher to avoid the student/teacher temptation. A couple of years later when Edith is in collage their paths cross again as Jack is brought in as a supply teacher when Edith's Maths teacher is taken ill and the feelings they had for each other resurface. Will they cross the student/ teacher line and what would happen if someone was to find out loved this short story and hopefully we will be seeing more of Jack and Edith to see how there relationship unfolds. 5 Stars. The Life Plan by Phalla S. RiosVida and Connor have been friend's for years then one day Connor and his mum disappeared without leaving a forwarding address. Vida lives with her dad and let's just say his choice of career as made life difficult. Four years later who should walk into Vida's classroom as her new teacher but Connor and all the feelings they felt for each other resurface. But life's not that easy will they be able to overcome everything that stand in their way of being together. This one did end with a cliffehanger and left me needing to know what will happen next. 4.5 Stars. The Teachers Pet by NiquelZeke and Zack are twins but they don't really get along. Zach is the football player popular at school with girls falling at his feet whilst Zeke is more reserved and loves hanging out with his best friend Rachael. When a new hot teacher Ms Sheppard arrives at school things change and both Zeke and Zach hope to get more acquainted with her but which one will she chose. 4 Stars.Debating Number 10 by Amalie SilverSo Simon has decided her wants his teacher and he is going to get her no matter what, but he decides he wants 10 notches on his bedpost first. One of his 10 girls will change everything he has planned and he needs to decide what to do about it. I have to admit when I first started reading, Simon struck me as been very arrogant and cocky but as I got to know his character more I really grew to like him. 4 Stars Back to School by Vicki Green Josh is a music teacher and as soon as he lays eyes on Emma it's love at first sight the only problem is Emma is one of his students. They try to resist each other but when a new band turn up to play at the bar where Emma works and Josh is the lead guitarist and Singer they give into there feelings. Emma is really worried about what a relationship with Josh would mean for him and his job and decides the only thing to do is to breakup with him but will a near tragedy bring them back together and will the find the happiness they both deserve. This is one of my favourites in this anthology and the epilogue finished it off beautifully. 5 Stars.Teach Me by Elle BrightJake was Savannah's brothers best friend growing up then one night after Jake and Preston are involved in a car accident Jake walks out of Savannah's life. Hot for Teacher AnthologyRite of Passage by MandeeI enjoyed the characters I thought Connor was sexy and V was still dealing with her first crush. Over all though I thought the story I enjoyed the characters I thought Connor was sexy and V was still dealing with her first crush. Over all though I thought the story was difficult to get into, the freckles and the principle, the sorry's and then just ended. I thought it had potential with these two characters but didn't hit the mark. 2.5 to 3 stars was difficult to get into, the freckles and the principle, the sorry's and then just ended. I thought it had potential with these two characters but didn't hit the mark. 2.5 to 3 stars MaeWow! This story is sexy. Haley is new at living life, throughout the book she learns new things, first, hearing people have sex, buying sex toys, kissing and so much more. The girls really take teaching Haley seriously. Love Liam yes sexy sweet and oh so sweet. Love how he goes slow with Haley, kisses and nuzzles her and so much more. So sexy and sizzling hot. Very fast paced almost too fast but still hot. 4 stars Unwritten History by Missy Johnson and Carly GreyI enjoyed this story wish it continued but look forward to the full length novel. Jill is lonely do she makes up a life for herself online until her online guy talks her into meeting. I thought Eli was sexy as hell, he can't wait to meet Jill when he does the story gets hot then surprises happen, hearts break and the sex is hot. 4 stars Deviation by M.C. Cerny Jack and Edith wow, I liked this story best so far, I loved these two with their secret looks and their past memories. I love how smitten Jack is and how Edith acts so innocent. These two together are hot and I love how protective, sweet, loving and hot Jack is. Love how he took care of her when she was sick. Love her BF's too awesome. Can't wait for more Jack and Edith. 4.5 stars The Life Plan by Phalla S. RiosI enjoyed the characters I thought Connor was sexy and V was still dealing with her first crush. I thought it had potential with these two characters but didn't hit the mark. 2.5 to 3 stars The Teachers Pet by NiquelInteresting story with twin brothers, a hot teacher and girls who want them. I liked Zeke I thought he was sweet, cute and very smart, his brother Zach cute, good at sports and a idiot at times but I like when he reaches out to his brother. Rachel I felt for, Max I'm mixed with, her character dies flow well, the descriptions were a little off but over all good story. Like all collections of stories, this one is a great way to discover new authors or just read something from those you already love. With something for everyone, here is my review of a few of these wonderful and amazingly HOT tales of teacher/student relationships contained in this bundle. Rite of passage by Mandee Mae We are introduced to Haley, a sheltered girl who learns more outside the classroom than she does behind a desk. She moves into a co-ed house where her college experience is much more than she bargained for and where she could possibly meet the guy of her dreams.Unwritten History by Missy Johnson and Carly Grey She is only Seventeen, but has told him she’s 20… he is almost 10 years older… they know each other, or do they? Online communication for six months is all they have and when the time comes for them to finally meet, will he realize the lie and end it?Deviation by M.C.Cerny Edith and Jack share an intense attraction, but he’s her teacher. This is not possible. They can’t be together. But affairs of the heart are never black and white… the gray area is vast and sometimes what the heart wants is not something that can be negotiated and .Debating number 10 by Amalie Silver Simon has wanted to seduce his Debate teacher for some time now… fearing he’s not worthy of her yet, he decides to add ten notches to his bedpost before going for the prize. When the possible Number 10 shows up, his world is turned upside down and he no longer sees things clearly. What he thought he wanted starts falling between the cracks and he wonders if that was really his goal. This mixture full of out-of-this-world short stories will surely keep you entertained for hours. You will meet many interesting characters with lives that will suck you in and leave you with the desire read more.

I Fell in Love with Love Lessons and I Want More! This review is for the novella “Love Lessons” by Liv Morris. I was thoroughly impressed with Love Lessons by Liv Morris. It’s a unique twist on a student/teacher romance that I have not read before. The teacher in this scenario is a woman (22) and the student is a young man (20). I was so engrossed while reading this novella that when I was done reading, I wanted more!Daniel is the star quarterback at his high school and he needs tutoring in English class in order to pass the semester. Staci is his teacher who must tutor him. Both are immensely attracted to the other, but there is so much more story here than attraction. There is an emotional and gripping backstory that makes this story believable. You root for the two to be together because Staci is able to reach Daniel and soothe his pain from a traumatic event that happened many years ago.The romance between Daniel and Staci is sweet, affecting and taboo, yet the author maintains an air of innocence between them. The novella is written in dual POVs, which gives the reader a unique perspective in understanding how each character feels about the other. There is a fantastic and intensely emotional epilogue too. The reader gets a full story and happy ending in this novella, but I hope Ms. Morris decides to expand on Daniel and Staci’s story. This is so much good content to work with that I would read a full novel on them in a heartbeat. This was such a pure gem to read!

Unwritten History 4 Stars Review by Jen Hagen Jill is a 17 year old senior in high school that has spent most of her life moving from city to city as her dad is enlisted in the Army. She has never been able to form any deep friendship bonds due to her lack of staying in one place for any length of time. In order to fill that void in her life, she creates an online profile. The only thing is – she lists herself as 21 years old because what’s the chance that the truth will come out? Eli is 25 years old and Jill’s profile caught his interest. He and Jill have been chatting online for over 6 months. The opportunity arises for Eli to move to Denver (where Jill is currently located) and although Jill and Eli are compatible both intellectually and physically, the lies and deceit will cause an end to their affair. The walk of shame has never been so painful. But although that was horrifying for Jill, nothing can prepare her for what she sees the next morning.Standing in front of me is Eli. My Eli. The one who slept with me and kicked me out last night. And where is Eli standing?... In front of her high school history class. Is this truly the end of them? Will they let the fact that he’s her teacher stand in their way of being happy? This is a quick novella that acts as a prelude to the authors’ full length novel, “Rewriting History.” I’m looking forward to seeing how they keep away from each other as they had palpable chemistry that became electrifying between the sheets as well.

*Copy provided in exchange for an honest review*Hot for Teacher Anthology – 10 hot reads from 10 amazing authors. Each story has a theme – teacher/student relationship but not all story actually involves a teacher with a degree.I liked how this is mix and match. Some were finished novellas while others are a peak of what the author will be doing for a full length novella. I’m really eyeing on some of the full length novels that will be released on the later part of the year or next year. Some stories stayed with with though there are two or three stories that I’m unsure of.Out of the 10 authors, I’ve read 4 authors so I’m familiar with their work. I love that I’ve discovered talented authors with this anthology. If you are a fan of student/teacher stories, then this anthology is a must-read.To all the authors involved in this project, awesome work!To Kylie of Give Me Books, thank you!Blog: http://bujoijoi22.com

I was given an ARC by one of the authors in exchange for an honest review. I am leery of reading anthologies because I usually only like one or two of the stories or the stories end in cliffhangers. This anthology was pretty good. I really like Back to School by Vicki Green. It is well written with likeable characters and it is a complete story. I also really like Deviation by M.C. Cerny. A lot happens in this story and it is well written. I wasn't sure that I would like Debating Number Ten by Amalie Silver because of the way it began, but it turned out to be a pretty good story and it didn't end in a cliffhanger. I really like Unwritten History by Missy Johnson and Carly Grey and Teach Me: Part 1 by Elle Bright even though they end in cliffhangers. Both are well written, but left me wanting to read more. I didn't really like the other three stories. I didn't get Love Lessons or Extra Credit in my ARC, so I can't review those. If you like to read stories involving Teacher/Student romances then I would recommend this anthology.

4 stars This was a great anthology of forbidden, hot, sexy love stories. Every story in this book was similar but very unique in its own way as well. I like reading anthologies because you get a variety of stories in one book. Each author brings a different feel to the forbidden teacher/student story in this anthology and will keep you wanting for more. These are short reads but don’t worry, they are also packed full of emotion and excitement! After reading this anthology, I will definitely be looking for more from each of these authors. Especially the stories that were prequels! Rite of Passage by Mandee MaeDeviation by M.C. Cerny The Life Plan Prequel by Phalla S. Hot for teacher anthologyAs an independent reviewer for Paranormal Romance and Authors that rock, I read an anthology. The things we do for our beloved hobbies! ;)These are excellent stories! A great mix of styles too, so there is something here for everyone! Some of them are very erotic and steamy while others are touching. All are related to teaching, although not all are a true forbidden student-teacher relationship. Deviation by M. C. Cerny and Debating Number Ten By Amalie Silver are my two favorites by far but all of the stories were great! Some are complete, and some are just teases for the full novel. Either way, I have a new list of authors to start checking out!!Four fangs for although anthologies are not my favorite thing, this one actually does rock!

I really enjoyed most of the novellas in this anthology. There is just something about the forbidden relationship between student and teacher that can be so alluring. They definitely turned up the hotness for these. Although they all had the same theme, they couldn't have been more different. I didn't feel like I was reading the same thing over and over. Some of the stories dealt with a high school student/teacher relationship and others were college student/professor type relationships. I enjoyed some stories more than others. A couple I will be looking forward to more from the author.
