I found this disappointing. I liked Jane, even though I still don't understand why the hell her nickname would be Fat Louise if her first name isn't even Louise. I didn't like Cade much at all. And I'm getting really sick and tired of Begley's heroes fucking other women after they've slept with the heroine because they're afraid of their freaking feelings for said heroine. Grow up, douches. Blech.

This author really has a theme going with her cheating male leads that I am getting quite sick of. Of the top of my head the only male lead I liked was Shade at least he did no run hot and cold like the others. This guy was a cheat and I could not believe Fat Louise forgave him even knowing he was having sex with another woman the night she lost their baby I honestly don't think I could have been as nice!

This must be the worst jamie begley book I've ever read, It doesn't even deserve 1 star. cade was an absolute douche! !! Who goes off and has a temper tantrum because the person they call doesn't answer right away and when they explain they simply forgot their phone in his room. does he go oh wow I was worried. no he doesn't he simple goes and cheats with lots of other women!! what a dick and looser. sorry nothing in this story could have made up for that. I'm tired of reading about weak ass men who cheat and women who put up with it.

I don't even know where to start. I feel so disappointed in this book, its like its not even by this author....who I might just mention is one of my all time favourites. I love her Last Riders Series, not to mention her others, but somehow this one is falling way behind the rest!!!!The hero and I use this term very lightly was such a mother freaking douchbag/asshole from start to finish.....I mean, yes we know in the beginning of a book, the lead character is gonna be a hard ass and man whore, but come on for 75% of this book he screwed anything he could get his hands on (in front of her), which meant we only got like 15% of them together and again that is not a very accurate description as that too had drama in it....I think my mouth hung open more than not, and not in a good kinda way either......I really and truly hope this disappointing feeling is a once off kinda thing and I will again be blown away by her next book.....On a plus side the cover is really hot and totally drool worthy!!!!

It doesn't even deserve one star, I absolutely hated it. I hate when the male lead sleeps with others after he has slept with the heroine, especially when the heroine gives him her virginity. Cade was a total arsehole repeatedy cheating on jane (fat louise) even on the night she miscarried their baby, but she still took him back! most of the heroines in these books dont have a spine and let men walk over them because they love them, its bull!

NO...JUST NO!How could Jane aka Fat Louise get saddled with a cheating manwhore like Cade! That was just cruel, even for Ms. Begley! What I always liked about Jane was how sweet and innocent she always seemed, even though her best friends are quite possibly tougher than all those bikers they hang out with. Yeah she was a bit wimpy at times and hell even a doormat, but so sweet. I felt awful that she had such a low opinion of herself and I couldn't understand why. She totally proved her worth in Mexico, but come to find out that those same bikers that she hangs with treated her like an ugly duckling out of some misguided sense of self preservation on their parts had me so disgusted! Who the fuck does that to someone! That's low...even for a biker. They made her feel like trash just because they were attracted to her in some fashion but didn't want to be settled down? Really!!!!!!I'm so disappointed with Jane's story because she deserves so much better than to end up with a man like Cade. He's such a fucking hypocrite, always spouting how she needs to stop running and talk to him but the first time he thinks she blows him off, he goes off to fuck the first whore he sees, then the second, third, forth and so on! He acted more like a recalcitrant child than a mature grown man! What I hate most about these women, is the fierce loyalty they feel towards these cheating asswads! He was out fucking everything with a hole, but she couldn't bring herself to even try and pursuit a new relationship with a man who genuinely cared about her, because all she thought of was Cade's nasty ass! I'm tired of reading of stupid females like this...I hope and pray that Killyama's story is different, because if there's one woman who will not put up with a cheating douchebag..its her! If said man does cheat...I hope to God she gets back at him...She cannot let us strong women down! Two stars because the sex was hot and you gotta love Sex Piston and her crew! If they are involved..then its going to be a funny, interesting and page turning scene!

When I first came across Jamie Begley as an author, it was Viper's story. I finished it and I had such mixed feelings....I mean he was sleeping with Bliss when Winter was basically dying. Honestly I don't think I could come back from that, when Winter finally called them both out I was cheering inside, and then it just was forgotten (WHAT THE HELL?!?!?!) I'd give Viper the big F*&% You and never look back, but I thought maybe I'm being to harsh, maybe there was more to this series, since I came in on the 2 book. So I went back read Razer's (another NOPE total D-bag, can we just kill Bliss off seriously) but I took another shot( 3 time's a charm) Then finally came marshmallow, I was hooked! Which took me to Shade and Cash, the Last Riders got me, I'm salivating for Lucky and ::fingers crossed:: Willa's story. Then I read this... and I am a basket of WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS?!?!!?!? Could the lead character be anymore of a jackass!! This book is NO NO NO HELL NO!!! Jane is sweet and her backstory just makes you wants to Mama Bear her. You want the kinda love story Lily And Shade had or even Cash and Rachel, but no. So I'm sorry to say I hated this story, I wanted to pull a Killyama and just beat Cade's ass the whole time. I hate to say it but if this is the kinda stuff I'll read in Willa's story(if she's it) I'm quitting. I just can't stand the heartbreak and I am not that forgiving.

So, I am just going to put it all out there and say...Fat Louise broke my heart...yep...I cried, and I know that you will be just as touched as I was once you get into FAT LOUISE, the second in the Biker Bitches Series by Jamie Begley. I think the only other JB romance I cried during was KNOX'S STAND, but that's cause I was super emotionally involved with Knox and Diamonds story...and Knox is a friggin marshmallow.....(#TeamKnox), sorry, back to Fat Louise (Jane) and Sexy Mr. him, hate's all the same to him!I think Jamie really shakes things up with the Biker Bitches novellas. She takes these tough biker chicks, and she totally turns the tables on our assumptions on these ladies. I mean, SEX PISTON a Virgin...WHAT?! And now Fat Louise heading into a cartel run, mexican city to save her spoiled bitch of a sister....You Go Fat Louise!! (and I have to say, I LOVE that her name is Jane).Cade had NO idea what he was getting himself into when he took the job to extract the girls, and after he is done with the job, he finds himself being drawn to Jane, and he takes matters into his own hands. What happens isn't an easy HEA, it's heartbreak, stupid pride and some very yummy make up sex...hee heeBegley rocks the bicthes!! Keep em coming girl! I need me some Train and Killyama next!

This Book is about Fat Louise and CadeShe needed a hero; instead, she got Cade. He expected a biker bitch who knew the rules; instead, he got Fat Louise. The Story starts with Fat Louise beeing down in Mexico trying to save her Sister Bailey, and she doesnt want any help from her Biker Bitches, she wants to do this on her own.Cade is the Mercenary hired to find and rescue both sisters. The Mission in Mexico is extremely dangerous and doesnt go as planned at all!Shy, timid and sweet Fat Louise (aka Jane) becomes a real Badass and the absolute hero of the Story.Cade cant forget about her, because Jane is not as one would expect at all.Back home at the Biker Club that Jane belongs to, Cade turns up and here the real Story of them both beginns.Jane wants Cade, Cade wants Jane and thats exactly what happens until one of them screws up so badly, there is almost no coming back from, or is there? This was a 5 Star read for me, simply because of Fat Louise. You just cant help but feel for her, she and her Story broke my heart. This has to be one of the sweetest, most generous woman ever and even though she is such a shy and timid Person she is so strong.Cade was a douche in the beginning, a real stubborn fool in the middle and in the end he was just all about our Girl Jane, no doubt about it. ;)Bailey - Jeeeeez , i am missing words for her but she got what she deserved in the end...I also loved all the glimpses we got about the other characters in Jamie Begleys World, especially the other Biker Bitches and of course we did get some Last Riders here too!!Fat Louise!!I cant wait! I love the idea of these Biker Bitches and i adored Sex Piston!! Bring it on!!! :)

Liked the first book so much better! Spoilers...Without a doubt, Jamie Begley is a good writer. And because of how much I enjoyed reading Sex Piston (no matter how much the name made me cringe), I had high expectations for this one. Unfortunately, it missed the mark. For the most part, I liked Jane aka Fat Louise. I really felt for her and how she has always been made to feel she is second best, and was excited to read about her journey. The first half of the story was intriguing and kept me glued to my kindle. Loved how her girls had her back (especially Killyama, but she's such a kick-arse chick it didn't surprise me). I even really liked Cade , the hero, and was hopeful he was going to be like Stud (Sex Piston's man).****Spoilers ahead****After some misunderstandings, Cade and Jane finally get together. But she has to leave the next morning and accidentally leaves her phone behind. He tries calling her, can't get through so takes that as an excuse to have sex with another woman. Jane finds out and runs away. For the next two months, Cade sleeps with every willing woman around, but then when he finds out about the consequences of their night together, he decides only then that they should be together. I find it hilarious (and not in a funny way) when the hero blames the heroine for him sleeping around, and that's exactly what Cade did. Jane ran away so it's her fault. Yes, she tells him she no longer trusts him and doesn't want to be hurt that way again, and they sorted out their issues to get to the HEA. But I can't help but lose all respect for him when he acted like a cheating POS and was waiting for the next time he had a teenage drama meltdown and do it again. I expect cheating men in the Last Riders series because I never really felt like any of those men were passionately possessive of their women (hence the cheating and sharing in EVERYsingle book!). But I expected more from this one so am giving this a disappointed 3 stars.

I enjoyed this book about one of my fav " biker bitch" Fat Louise. My reading slump broke with this book and I was a happy camper. At first, Cade was an ass and typical manslut, but he did redeem himself towards the end. I wished that this book could have been longer to draw this couple's romance out more as I felt shortchanged in the romance dept, but it was great to see Sex Piston and her crew. The Last Riders made an appearance and it makes me want Lucky's book now.

I enjoy reading Jamie's books, but alway end up rating them lower than expected...I think it would be great if just one of her H kept their d#?k in their pants...then I reckon I would be getting into more stars!

Jane "Fat Louise", (what a name!) is not fat, she does eat a lot and frequently. She's usually the quiet one in this girl biker's group. She trusts her friends to defend her and keep her safe but when her half sister is in trouble in Mexico, she's determined to save her and bring her back home without endangering her girlfriends.Cade Reed is a mercenary, when Fat Louise's dad pays him to rescue the two girls, he can't turn down the money. When he meets them, he can't seem to decide what to do with them and letting go of Jane is harder than he thinks. Life gets only more complicated when Cade decides to check out the MC life.So I have learned to enjoy this world. This world were the heroes are not perfect. Not by a long haul. Sometimes it makes me so mad that I see red. Regardless, by the end I have forgiven these bastards and just like the heroine, they have my heart. Cade made me furious at times. Man up dude! came to mind more than once but like I said in the end all was forgiven. I loved Jane and I wished she didn't have to suffer so much pain in her life. Luckily, she has killer girlfriends. Killyama and Sex Piston especially. Thanks to Killyama we get some Last Riders cameos. I wonder who's next in this series..."Run, Jane, but when you get tired, I'll still be here. I'm not going anywhere."4/5 FangsMrsLeif's Two Fangs About ItFacebook

I'm loving the cover but isn't Fat Louise supposed to be.. er.. fat? or a lil chubby? O_OYeah?No?Maybe?Ok.ANYWAY.. can't wait to read this book! As far as I remember, Fat Louise is more interested in food than dick so this will be interesting! Ohh.. and she loves Popeye's fried chicken! (just my kinda girl!)Edited:4.5 Stars! I loved Jane aka Fat Louise! I don't know but I really have a soft spot for doormatish heroines. She's insecure but did not come off as whiny. Now Cade.. sigh.. I'm not really a big fan of Cade, he kinda cheated but is it bad that I kinda expected it? Iol.He fucked up here.. big time, but it didn't bother me to the point that I would give this a low rating. I hated him and would love to smack the effing out of him but I think that mistake made him.. er.. more real? and made the story more interesting. The whole story is well written, it kept me on the edge. :)So now the real question is.. Who's the next one? I'm hoping its Killyama and Train! OMGEEE!

SPOILER ALERT!!!!So I'd read reviews and was prepared for the cheating hero of this book. The weird thing is that I wasn't annoyed with him while he was screwing other chicks, but once he'd decided he wanted to be with Jane (Fat Louise) and was pursuing her big time, I kept thinking what an asshole he was. And thank god Jane mostly went by her real name throughout the book! Fat Louise was only thrown in here and there. One of the reasons I hadn't read this book sooner was because of how much I hated the nickname Fat Louise. I thought the plot was great in Mexico, definitely full of action and suspense. ANOTHER SPOILER ALERT!!!As happy as I was about Bailey getting what she deserved, it was kind of sad about Jane's father also dying. I'd hoped things could be patched up between them. The only thing missing from the book would have been more from Cade's POV about how much he loved and cherished Jane. She was a really good person and it would've made me feel better about all his cheating.

5 Fat Stars!Review by Natasha Gentile I am in love with Jamie Begley and her Last Riders series. I will read anything that she writes, and I have to say that when I get these books I am one very scared person, because with Jamie you never know what you're going to get and who is going to get it!This time she is back to the Biker Bitches and oh how we have missed Sex Piston and her crew. Fat Louise has gotten herself into a pickle. Actually not really Fat Louise, more like her sister Bailey. She thinks it was a good idea to go to Mexico with her husband. Little did she know that her brother- in- law, well he’s not that nice of a person! She needed a hero; instead, she got Cade. This book was action packed- I tried to read faster than my eyes could go! You see Cade, well he’s been hired to go in and rescue both girls. Bring them out. Little did he know that one look at her and he would be toast. He wanted to save her and get his kicks on and then leave. That is what he’s know for. He has no ties to anyone and that is the only way he wants it.He expected a biker bitch who knew the rules; instead, he got Fat Louise.Fat Louise has one problem, she has been so mentally bullied by her sister that she thinks she is just an after thought. She thinks no one really wants her, she thinks she is the ugly one of her friends and that is so far from the truth. Ready to let loose one night she goes out hoping to get someone drunk enough to sleep with her. Seriously seems like the roles are reversed. Little does she know that none other than Cade would be the one to take her on. Now let me tell you how much I loathed Cade. I really did. He was the biggest ass out there. I can’t begin to tell you how I wanted to jump into the book and kick him so far up the wazoo. I didn’t think it would be possible for Jamie to actually redeem him, but well Jamie does what she does best, not only do you end up loving him, you end up rooting for him. This woman...Now I know many of you get don’t like the cheating that goes on in these books, and I have to say I for one hate cheating. But it really isn’t cheating in their world, and when they finally get together, the men become whipped, but don't let on to any of these biker guys know you are on to them!I was so excited to see many of her book series intertwine with each other. Now I’m ready for more.. You are going to give me more, right Jamie?

I loved this book. It was a bit different. More emotional. Begley managed to make me shed a few tears.Fat Louise (Her real name is Jane) is off to Mexico without her biker bitch friends to save her beautiful and spoiled sister, Bailey, from her cartel boss of a husband.Cade is a retired missionary who comes out of retirement for the can't-pass-up money that Jane and Bailey's dad offered to bring them both home.Getting out of Mexico is an adventure for sure. It was fun to read. Jane has a huge crush on Cade, but years of insecurity makes Jane afraid to go after what she wants. After a misunderstanding, Jane is finally back home safe. I loved Jane. She's so relatable. We've all felt not good enough at some point. But Jane always manages to hold her head high even after so many disappointments. It was nice to see how much her biker family cared about her even if she didn't always know it.Cade shows up to the clubhouse to become a member. He also can't get Jane out of his head. But he screws up royally. Idiot! After Mexico I felt lukewarm towards Cade. I thought the sex scenes were too few and they were awkward. I didn't feel that spark. But really that's my only complaint.Jane is plenty strong enough to read this book just for her. For her transformation. For the girl power. For the sweet, sad moments. For the hilarity. And for the encouragement. Well done!

2.5/3 starsI wasn't really to interested in this story. It didn't hold my attention very much. I do love Fat Louise and Cade was an okay H. But other than wanting to know why they called her Fat Louise I didn't care for it.I am looking forward to other stories by Jamie. This one just wasn't for me.

This book made me cry TWICE, my heart literally broke for Fat Louise & I still feel that Cade is a little undeserving, but I really enjoyed the story & thought it was a great second book to the series, right Sex Piston & Fat Louise are now taken who's next?

Fat Louise by Jamie Begley was both a surprise and a treat for many reasons, I'll try to detail them all in this review but if I can't try to add this story - heck this entire series - to your never ending TBR and experience it for yourself. With the way things ended in both Sex Piston - all we learned about Fat Louise, and (I believe) Shade, the entire world that Jamie Begley created within these two interconnected series went around a bend that I am completely blind to. I don't know what storylines will come from what characters, nor who will be paired with who, and I absolutely love it! Almost all the characters that are the main focus in Fat Louise, beside Fat Louise, are new the Biker Bitches series and it was refreshing to have some new blood swimming amongst all the characters that we've read about for approximately 10 books; both between the Biker Bitches series and The Last Riders. With that being said, new characters definitely equaled new problems for this rag tag crew.Fat Louise, we find out, has a half-sister who is definitely a spoiled brat and finds herself in some trouble that she's too dumb to realize she's in (I'm going to be super harsh on the sister because she really couldn't see past her nose throughout Fat Louise). Being the person that Fat Louise is she attempts to rescue her and winds up in a hostile country that doesn't look favorably upon Americans entering and sticking their nose in business that doesn't concern them, but with this turn of events we are introduced to Cade.Cade is somewhat of an unfinished hero and definitely needs some polishing, but Fat Louise's dad is desperate to get either both daughters back or at least the one he knows won't survive on her own - you take a guess to which one he's speaking about (*severe eye-roll*). Knowing what the mission is and satisfied with the payout Cade sets out to do what he does best, retrieve and live the nomadic lifestyle, but he seriously wasn't expecting the backbone, sheer will, and beauty that is Fat Louise. There were so many ups and downs and raw moments within Fat Louise that you find yourself getting lost in what's going on not only with Fat Louise, Cade, and the sister, but with all the characters and situations they find themselves in. This installment in the Biker Bitches series also sets up the stage for Killyama's story and Begley let's the cat out of the bag about who the knight will be that will try to slay that dragon.Fat Louise contained suspense, mystery, romance, comedy, and realistic moments that I begrudgingly want to yell from the rooftops that this installment might be my favorite out of this series so far. Fat Louise is such a meek characters that I'm still baffled by how much liked reading about her story. This review was originally posted on Literary Treasure Chest

3.5 starsIt was a good read for me. I liked getting a little action in Mexico but loved heading back to Jamestown. What kind of fell flat for me... that intense connection I so desired between our heroine, Fat Louise, and our Hero, Cade. My heart couldn't help but break for Fat Louise aka Jane, time and time again. She was crapped on so many times- by her father, her sister, her mother, her step-mother and then Cade. Her sister was THE worst. That spoiled, selfish b**** should've rotted in Mexico from the start! It was hard to listen to all of the negativity that came Fat Louise's way. I couldn't stop my big ugly cries for her; especially in two particular scenes- Bear's bag over the head chat with Cade and Fat Louise's pumpkin patch exchange with Lily. Be sure to have Kleenex on hand for those parts! Fat Louise is such a caring and beautiful person, both inside and out. I did not like the way she let some people treat her though. I wished she would've challenged them a bit more, instead of being a more passive individual. That being said, she did have some pretty kick-*ss moments; like launching grenades at a mexican drug cartel, starting a rescue mission to save abused women and kicking that club wh*re's, Demie's, *ss. As for Cade... let's just say he didn't win me over. He was pretty much an *ss for the majority of the book. He started wh*ring it up early on because he didn't get a call back from Fat Louise one afternoon? He was just a pathetic manwh*re who gave the same tired excuses to himself and others. "I thought I could f*** her out of my mind"... "I'm so disgusted with myself" but let me go in the back and share some women with another brother... blah, blah, blah. And then it took the obligatory "you don't know what you got till it's gone" moment for him to realize he needed to knock it off and man up. I just wanted more from him and for it to happen earlier on. He did have some shining moments too though; eventually manning up when he found out Fat Louise's secret, when he put Demie in her place and when he told Fat Louise's mom how it was gonna be from now on. ABSOLUTELY LOVED how the Biker B****es had Fat Louise's back! That woman could not ask for better friends than them!! LOVED the Train/Killyama dynamic... short as it was, it promised something VERY good to come... I hope so anyways. And I was THRILLED to finally get some deets on Train and Killyama's past hook-up!LOVED the comment from Killyama about Lucky being into "freaky-deaky" stuff. Please, oh please let it be true... and with Willa. *fingers & toes crossed*I am very much looking forward to the next books in the series! The future looks to be exciting!!

Well this was a surprise Even after reading the synopsis this book still took me by surprise and I'm not sure where to start with this review...Fat Louise is actually Jane, her mother is a bitch, her step-mother is a bitch and her half sister Bailey is a colossal stupid bitch oh and her father is a huge disappointment and that's Jane's family. When Bailey finds herself stuck in Mexico it's Jane who risks her own life to try to save her meanwhile her father hires Cade to go in and rescue both Bailey and Jane. Now Cade's an interesting character, he's hot of course but I spend equal amounts of this book loving and hating him, often at the same time.I made the mistake of starting this book before bed, I should have waited until morning but it's too late now, once I started reading I just couldn't put it down and that's the reason for the 4 stars, there were bits I didn't like and normally my rating would reflect this but this book had me completely hooked from the first page to the last so it's hard to give a rating of less than 4. To be honest it was 5, I reviewed immediately after reading and gave 5 stars but the more I thought about Cade the more I realised the 5 couldn't stand, not for me.First what I liked, I liked the story it actually felt like a longer book to me, Jane I liked that she was brave, honest and loyal, her crew, I've really grown to love these girls, the Last Riders I do love the tie-ins and finally Cade, I liked Cade well at least half the time anyway.Bits I didn't like, I felt Bailey was a bit OTT, I really didn't like that Jane was such a pushover at times, but I know why that's in there but it's still a little hard to read, I couldn't understand how one minute she was considered ugly but not the next. I understand her being put down by her bitch step-mother and bitchy Bailey but it wasn't just them and you can't have it both ways either she's a 'bag over the head' type of girl or she's not, plus there's Demie, does Bliss have a sister or cousin? and let's not forget Cade for half this book I couldn't stand him.The bits I didn't like we're all minor, well apart from Cade I struggled with that bit, so now I'm waiting for Shade's book, actually I've been waiting for Shade's book since I first heard there was going to be one, I love Shade and Lily.I'm not sure how the bit comment about Lucky will affect future books, we'll just have to see. .

This biker bitch book started off differently with the scene set in Mexico and then switching to Jamestown. Very little was known about Fat Louise’s character apart from her love for food (chuckle) being there to help her crew at a drop of a hat, and being protectively guarded by the Biker Bitch crew consisting of; Sex Piston, Killyama, T.A and Crazy Bitch. Fat Louise had a lot to live up to and in this book she really shined and stepped into her own shoes, proving her own self-worth and throwing her fingers up at those who doubted her position in the crew she rolled with, never to be underestimated again for her kindness and sweet loving nature because this chick was a bad ass biker bitch through and through. Fat Louise’s love and loyalty was tested time and time again by her dysfunctional family, leading her to make many sacrifices, heartache and danger to her own life as she solely took charge of rescuing her step-sister Bailey. There were parts that were hard to read as Bailey repeatedly went out of her way to belittle Fat Louise bringing her insecurities to the surface, her vindictiveness to block Fat Louise’s desires and throwing in her face how much their father loved her more, whilst Fat Louise covered her hurt and found strength and confidence to fight through the situations she faced to get them back home safely. Cade was definitely a hot sexy nomad as his mission to save both girls from a drug cartel led him to question his sanity, delivering humorous moments and also showed a softer side to him as his feelings for Fat Louise surfaced. For me Cade’s actions with Bailey and the club whores led me to spew angry words with a strong need to hurt him physically, his redemption and declaration that Fat Louise was his woman came too late in the story for me. The story did not have enough connection and passion between Cade and Fat Louise leading to my first below five star rating for Jamie Begley, which was a real shame because I loved Fat Louise, her transformation and the heartache she endured left me teary. I’ve loved the biker bitches from day one and reading this cemented my love and adoration for Killyama, the woman just effortlessly rocked it with her take charge attitude and sassiness treating us with a glimpse of seeing The Last Rider men in action outside the bedroom! I can’t wait for Killyama’s story and pray she is paired with Train because they are perfect together!
