Yes, the Asher Montgomery, former Let’s Go member, super hot popstar-turned-actor who mysteriously doesn’t make music anymore. AKA the teenage (and current, just don’t tell my boyfriend) love of my life. I'm just praying Asher doesn’t remember the last time we met - when I was a shocked and shy, blabbering and incoherent, hot mess. This is the story on how my world was turned upside down. For I am Elle Harris, and I'm startstuck.{This is a cute, fun, light read, with a HEA}...

Whoa!! the ending was super sweet and adorable. I mean it’s like a dream came true. I know it’s kinda cheesy, but hey! a girl can dream right? ;)

Not really any spoilers this review, except perhaps hinted at between the lines.I literally just put this book down so I'm writing this review with what I think is a pretty clear perspective. First of all I have to say that selecting 3 stars out of 5 was difficult. Over all there were bits and pieces of this book that I thought were thoroughly enjoyable. But I honestly wish I hadn't paid for it, even it was 99 cents. You may ask why I say. You may think 99 cents is completely reasonable for any book. Not when every penny matters. I felt while reading this book that it could have easily have been a fanfiction I read off of wattpad. Most likely about 1d since they are currently the closest thing I can think of to the fictional boy band mentioned in the book. There was a smattering of grammar errors throughout the entire book. Mostly words used in the wrong context, manor instead of manner, started instead of stared, intimate instead of intimidate... If this were a fanfiction or a free book I would have looked past those errors. But I decided to be nit picky. Now obviously if I really disliked the book I would have rated it lower but like I mentioned before there were moments I loved. I loved the idea behind the envelopes. That was adorable and inspired. I love the ending and the clarification of who the audience has always been to Elle. There is one thing I don't understand. I really don't know when the first moment they became intimate was. I remember this one moment where she is looking for her underwear and asking myself, "wait why is she naked? They didn't." Yeah...obviously they did. I am not saying that sex scenes are required or anything I am only saying that it wasn't that clear to me and no matter what I think at least there first moment together should have been clearer. Just the moments leading up to getting tangled into the sheets would have been nice. But I guess I could go back and remember who the whole story is being narrated to and excuse that away a bit...

This was fun and romantic and kind of like a fairytale. The dialogue between hero and heroine was often funny and always interesting. You never knew what they were going to say or do next. Sometimes they acted childish, though, there were misunderstandings and they both made mistakes. But the writing flowed nicely and the story was hugely entertaining. I never wanted to stop. The only complaint that I have is that the supporting characters stayed very bland. We don't get to know them at all. And there are no love scenes. Not even hinted at in flowery language or anything. They wake up in bed one morning and it is just presumed that they slept together. But we never get to see more than kissing. That sounds boring for a romance but I was actually okay with it because the story was so entertaining. After liking this book so much I immediately picked up Paige Laurens other books (the Beautiful series) and she more than made up for the missing sexy in those. They are highly erotic and definitely for 18 and over but just as entertaining. I will keep an eye on her work for sure.

Every fan girls fairytale! I cannot begin to describe how much I loved this book. I stayed up way past my bedtime and want to start from the beginning to read it again. It becomes so awkward at times but only because as a previous boyband fanatic, I would probably act the same way. Both characters are easy to fall in love with and so very adorable.
