10 STARS*******************(ARC kindly provided by the author in exchange for an honest review)Sweet and beautiful agony. Rhapsody was probably my most anticipated book of the year. I'll be honest and admit that I was a bit nervous to read it, but silly me to feel anxious, because the beauty of this book was not only enthralling, but very uplifting. Leave it to Jack and Caroline to put my heart through the ringer. My God, the angst, the sex, the love!!!! I didn't think it was possible to love this story more , but indeed I do. This book has to be my favorite in this whole series. Did I cry? Did I get ragging mad? Did I suffer? Did I feel hopeful? Did I fall utterly in love, yet again? YES!!!! YES!!!!! YES!!!! YES!!! And YES!!!! The story that keeps on giving. To me, these characters are everything. So if you haven't read these books, I honestly don't know what are you waiting for? And if you have; I have no doubt you are dying and waiting desperately for Rhapsody. Do not to worry, it releases September 13 and it will absolutely blow your mind... In Rhapsody Jack and Caroline continue to work together, and individually towards picking up the pieces of their broken lives and trying to move forward. We are reminded of their fierce and everlasting love, through beautiful, and yet painful memories. Caroline carries a dark cloud over her head, she feels tired and defeated, and it's slowly killing Jack to see his warrior woman so unhinged. The war between these lovers will become a painful fight between the past and the present, who they used to be, versus who they have become."Happiness is something that comes from within. You might be able to help her with it, but you are not the sole reason for her happiness. And you know that."Through blood, pain and tears Jack and Caroline find each other again, and once that first caress touches their skin, a passionate hurricane of lust and love will unleash, consuming every inch of their bodies. The words of this story are something powerful; they travel through your veins and take deep hold inside your heart. You will suffer and cry, lust and dream, and most of all, you will hope. Hope for the resurrection of an empire once led by this power couple. Everything is possible..."My sould belongs to my beloved, eternally to him."Lucky for us Cecilia London, with the brilliance of her words has created something better, more powerful, as we read each book, she gives us something different, and even more intoxicating from the last, but always preserving the root of this magnificent story. Both Jack and Caroline have been deeply affected by all the destruction, but their love and resilience has them still standing and it's a beautiful thing to see them fighting again, not only for their love but for their country, and for the cause they so strongly believe in. Together they are a force to be reckoned with. This book comes jam-packed with excitement and passion. You will enjoy the experience from beginning to end. Silk and fire on your skin, an unforgettable book that is without a doubt a top ten favorite read of the year for me.My Rhapsody music playlist:*Sledgehammer by Rihanna*The Story by LeAnn Rimes*All I Want Is You by U2*Beautiful War by Kings Of Leon*The Way You Look Tonight by Tony Benett

It's LIVE! #6Stars ★ A story of deep, everlasting LOVE ★Amazon US * Amazon UK * B & N * iBooks * Kobo (Note: this series should be read in order)‪#‎Gripping‬ ‪#‎Romantic‬ ‪#‎Suspenseful‬ ‪#‎Passionate‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬Rhapsody is my favourite instalment of the Saga to date. The Bellator Saga is a thrilling six book series presented in the third person narrative. It's intense, suspenseful, emotional and fascinating with a plot that pushes boundaries of thought in a world of political corruption depicting the most beautiful gut wrenching romance amidst scenes that are, at times, brutal on the sensibilities. I simply cannot get enough of Caroline and Jack's love story; they've reeled me in to their lives, made me care exponentially about them, their relationship, their fears, their political atmosphere and their friends. Rhapsody begins with the important, swoony reminder of the deep and everlasting kind of love that we know exists between Jack and Caroline. I basked in the memories depicted, memories of hope, love and the possibility of forever. The unfolding of the main body is very much in the present and is everything I wanted it to be and more. Both Jack and Caroline strive to lead the rebellion to victory continuing with the important political theme juxtaposed with beautiful sections of prose allowing the love, emotion and personalities of this couple to shine through the narrative. The banter and authentic dialogue between them and the supporting cast made me smile and feel and love as the story developed. Cecilia London writes with such incredible intelligence showing us through the art of words the depth of the relationship between Jack and Caroline despite their conflicts and complexity of emotion. Caroline puts us through our emotional paces, she can be completely frustrating in her thought process but always with the strongest of motivation and Rhapsody solidified my understanding of her psyche. The depiction of her character shows her suffering, her reasons why; her fear of loss is so great. She has suffered, mentally and physically. Her scars are both on the surface of her skin and in the depths of her soul and Cecilia London shows this with vivid clarity on her writing canvas. I felt Caroline’s hurt, her anger and despair and her need to avoid. My heart ached for all they’ve experienced together and apart as the story arc explored issues that need to be addressed, raising the gentle angst level to the perfect level as the story reached its climax. There are things I think I know (and I hope I am right…) but with this story nothing is certain which is part of the hook that keeps me wanting more. The hope, the uncertainty and the feeling and the search for the happy ever after of Caroline and Jack, whatever shape that may take. Triumph will be the last in this series and is slated for release early in 2017. I cannot wait! The dynamic ending of Rhapsody left me… well… I cannot say but it left me gripped and needing more! For readers who enjoy a story with grit, depth and deep passionate love, this saga is truly not to be missed. Each book penned has grown in depth and stature ensuring it as a MUST READ and highly recommended series.RHAPSODY will be loved by fans of this series. ABSOLUTELY LOVED! Not started the series? Rhapsody NOW LIVE!!!! Check out our Book Trailer~https://craziesrusbookblog.wordpress...."All those fears. All that uncertainty. All the doubts. They melted away whenever he touched her."Rhapsody is the 5th book in the Bellator Saga and Caroline, and Jack are finally reunited and ready to pick up the pieces of their broken worlds. After the torment and devastation of their separation and failed reconnection, the time has come for things to be made right! With every single solitary second that passes with these characters, my love for this series just continues to grow! In short, Rhapsody is laced with passion, pleasure, and healing. The Bellator Saga is a heartbreaking and beautiful dance unlike anything else. Cecilia London continues to draw me in, tear me down, and leave me desperate for more!In Phoenix it seemed that Caroline would never find the strength to forgive Jack and the fortification to forgive herself. Her stubbornness is constantly outweighing her deep desire to reunite with the love of her life and only continues to drag her deeper into a pit of destruction. Rhaposdy begins rooted in the same place of desperation. Jack is still fighting with everything he has to save his marriage and be there for her, and Caroline is simply fighting to breathe.“You’re allowed to have moments when you grieve, when you ache, when you wish for the past. But you’re allowed to be joyful too. You can’t survive without either one. The good or the bad. It’s all part of who you are.” Caroline is finally in Jack's apartment, and the proximity allows them the time to rage, grieve, and finally recover. As Jack makes a breakthrough the walls come crashing down and the saying "love conquers all", is once again proven to be true. Although the reconnection isn't easy, Jack and Caroline find every piece of solace, strength, comfort, tenderness, and passion in each other's arms once again."Caroline lost her train of thought, remembering how it felt to have him move inside her. His weight on top of her. His sweet breath at her lips, at her ear, teasing her everywhere." While Jack and Caroline have time to rekindle the passion and intimacy between them (thank you Ms. London), the government is still crumbling around them. Jack brings Caroline to the forefront of the fight and asks her to council the rebellion and once again stand by his side to lead.“I love you. I’m never letting you go again.” Told in dual POV, Rhapsody is simply stunning! The complexity of Jack and Caroline's relationship continues to grow in intensity and every moment of emotion is felt right in your core. The supporting characters continue to play a critical role in the saga as the battle continues to wage outside the sanctum of the base. The tempo of the writing matches the mood of each scene and the connection between Jack and Caroline left me beyond satisfied. After experiencing the angst and heartbreak of their separation in Phoenix, I certainly cannot complain that my cheeks were hurting from all of the smiling that took place while reading Rhapsody! Although the definition of Rhapsody is "an ecstatic expression of feeling or enthusiasm." I would like to add "to read Rhapsody is to kick, scream, cry, laugh, and swoon with an overabundance of pleasure"! “We started this together. We’re going to end it together.” Overall, I highly recommend this series to anyone who isn't afraid to embark on a journey full of political intrigue, passion, and true romance! Jack and Caroline's love story is one that I will never forget, and I will truly mourn when it is over. Triumph could not come soon enough! I cannot wait to see more of Jack and Caroline together. With these two leading the rebellion, justice is sure to prevail! ***Bellator Saga Series***LIZ and LOYDA'S TRAILER of https://craziesrusbookblog.wordpress....*BETA copy provided via author! For more reviews/reveals/giveaways visit:

**Rhapsody generously provided by the author in exchange for an honest review.**5+ "But we did." StarsHere we are. Finally. The highly anticipated Book 5 of the 5+ star Bellator Saga series and Cecilia London once again doesn't disappoint. Since it's inception I've been a huge fan of this politically charged, sexy, gritty love story, the characters that make it so special, and the intelligent, gorgeous writing that fuels each and every installment. With the end of each book Cecilia London promises more extraordinary story telling to come and always delivers. The Bellator Saga is one unlike any other and cannot be missed. If you haven't started the series you must start at the beginning with Dissident, the books cannot be read as stand alone's. In Rhapsody, we start where we left off in book 4 with the ever present tension running high between Jack and Caroline. To preserve the beauty of this particular plot and the forward direction we're rolling in I can't mention much in terms of plot and specific character details. However, I will say that this book is exactly what fans of this power couple have been waiting for without a doubt. It's evocative, heart breaking, and compelling. The way the story continues and perseveres through the chaos and tragedy surrounding them proves the writing chops of London exquisitely once again. As much as the Bellator Saga hails as Caroline Gerard McIntyre's story, and I love me some Caroline real hard, the beacon throughout Rhapsody is without a doubt Jack. His patience, his motivation, his growth throughout the saga hits full force in this one. His belief in Caroline in her strength and fortitude is invigorating. It solidifies his belief in himself and his own strength and fortitude. You'll fall in love all over again with Mr. McIntyre and with their EPIC love story. I'm sharing a favorite passage below spoken by Jack that really captures the essence of him in this story:"Listen to me," he said. "Everything good I have ever done with my life was because of you. I want you with me. I want to help you heal. I don't care what I have to sacrifice in order to save you."Cecilia London takes an interesting perspective in this one examining their marriage pre tragedy in a whole different light. She redirects and strengthens how that previous bond defines where they are now and how they move beyond the anger, guilt, and sadness. It's a concise look at the tests of marriage and love and loyalty and how far they'll each go to preserve what they feel even when those feelings aren't properly expressed. It shows the true strength of these two together even when they're emotionally apart. Other developments happen along the way too as much is happening in Jack and Caroline's world outside of their relationship indeed. However, Rhapsody for me focuses on revival and healing so much reminding you of the beauty that is Jack and Caroline even during the dire trials of their marriage. Cecilia London took an ordinary, political couple and made them extraordinary with her intelligent writing. She gave us characters we feel intimately familiar with and relish being a part of their story. She compels us with each book. She shows us the strength of the human spirit reminding us no matter how often or hard it's tested our resolve can remain whole. She ultimately and most importantly gifts us the belief that love conquers all and if we hang in there for the tough stuff we'll have the most precious gift of all. Only one book left. I can't even believe it. Bring on Triumph. I can't wait to see how Jack and Caroline's story concludes. It's been worth every bit of angst, heartache, joy, and healing we've had. My 5+ star Bellator Saga book reviews:Book 1: DissidentBook 2: ConscienceBook 3: SojournBook 4: Phoenix

BEAUTIFUL COVER REVEALBUY THE FIRST 3 BOOKS IN THE SAGA FOR 99¢ #Sale ends today : Blissfully agonising erotic stars+++This series just gets better and better for me. You get flawed characters that are broken yet beautiful. And in this instalment I'd say it was very much an emotional journey... Where the jigsaw puzzle is slowly being put back together, there's rough edges but there is some hope and a whole lot of healing going on. Andddd boy have I fallen deeper in love with Jack... Some of my emotions while reading this CAROLINE poor Caroline.. Caroline will you just get your head out of your ass..And Awww Caroline I might just love you more. So what's it about? Without giving anything away to those who haven't read this series, let's just say I was a tad anxious going into this one, and did everything turn out alright?? The thing is, Caroline has been through the mill yes? Not just that, but she has been torchured brutally previously sooooo therefore it is taking a good amount of time for Caroline to reconnect with her past and that includes Jack.. Soooo what do you get?Patience in Jack, Endearing characters, A Loving man,Loyal friends, DAMN NAUGHTY, SEXY AND YES KINKY COUPLE OF THE CENTURY!!! Dominant hero,Romantic hero,Erotic couple, Beautiful couple, And a Raw hero who loves Fierce Ahhh this is why I love Jack with my whole heart but also because he loves Caroline fierce and while in some books I can dream or think that I'm the heroine. Here I am definitely watching the outside looking in, admiring such a beautiful couple, their strength, their unconditional love towards each other. And how much they give to each other but also to the people they trust. Their people. This part of this story though is a more intense, emotional read. Maybe less on the plot and more on the characters, it was sensual, blissfully erotic, moving, loving, and full of special memories that just pulled at my heart. I welled up a many a time. Emotions are high but they're finally dealing... Long story short I AM FULLY EMOTIONALLY INVOLVED IN THIS COUPLE you just can't help but love them both completely.I ADORE Jack but I admire Caroline. This though is also one of those reads where you just want to saviour it all. I'm also now thinking HOLYSHIT only one more book, look how far they've come? A roller coaster of events, memories and emotions just doesn't give it justice to this story. IT IS FUCKIN AMAZING! It just gets better and better. And damn Cecilia she's ruined all future reads for me right now I don't think I can read again LMAO just kidding but really? How can I move on?? Anyhoo do I recommend this book, hell YESSS, why?? Cause of Jack and Caroline? Most beautiful erotic, raw, and flawed couple I have had the privalidge of getting to know slowly. I will surely be thinking about them for weeks to come you know until the last one is out....Write Cecilia writeeee That. Is. All. IT'S LIVE!!Buy Links:AmazonUS: REVEAL!!!Pre-Order Links:B&N: don't forget to check out the author's facebook page for a giveaway of the first 4 books of the series: Cecilia... CECILIA!!Have I told you lately that I love you? That I appreciate you? That you are awesome???Sorry for the swearing! Here's what I love about Cecilia LondonHer creativity. Her debut novel, Dissident was fire!! It blew soooooo many books out of the water. And I read a lot of books. It was life changing. That's right. The evolution of this series has been life changing. Her authenticity. She's so real. So real, in fact, that she created real characters, real actions and reactions (cause and effect), realistic settings, real emotions, etc. There was no way that I couldn't imagine myself in every scenario (even the scary ones). With every scene, I stopped to ask myself "How would I react?" and the answer closely resembled what she put on these pages. I've suffered loss and grief so I felt Caroline and Jack's pain. I've been desperate and confused so I suffered through their denials and their fights. I've seen a glimmer of light within darkness so I ran right alongside them towards it.Her patience, dedication and commitment. Although I am eagerly awaiting the conclusion to this series in Triumph, I will NOT rush the process of Cecilia's artistic genius. Not once during this journey have I felt that the story lagged. There were no unnecessary bits and no instances where I had to skim through. It would have been impossible (and a great disservice) to consolidate each book into one. I can't even imagine how it would be possible. One book alone couldn't encompass all of the emotions, the love, the sensuality, the growth, the tears, the laughs, the highs and lows, the lessons learned, the struggles endured, the hard won triumphs, or the absolutely fantastic and worthwhile saga that is Caroline and Jack. Her relevance. I can see this saga standing the test of time. There will always be political upheaval, especially during election time. Civil unrest still lingers. And yet this saga is about so much more than that. It's about hope, loss, family, friends who might as well be family, vengeance, revolution, honor, respect, integrity, principles, and most of all... love. So much love. And how could love ever become irrelevant???I'm not going to rehash the plot. Caroline and Jack deserve to be read and I urge those of you who haven't had the chance to meet them to please pick up this series. You won't regret it.As for you Cecilia...Stay tuned for book 6, Triumph, coming out in 2017!XO

5+++++ Thank You CL StarsThere are times when you read a story and it moves you beyond measure. It takes hold of you and turns you inside out. Rhapsody starts off where Phoenix ends and the story immediately grabs you. The story explodes and comes alive. It's gripping, emotional, tender, frustrating, and sexy. The way that Cecilia London tells a story is extraordinary. Rhapsody is the 5th book in The Bellator Saga and it completely captivates and fascinates. It evokes all your emotions, it rips you inside out and it totally mesmerizes your attention. It is a book that I opened and I couldn't put down. I needed with a passion to know Jack and Caroline's fate and I loved every meaningful, heart wrenching, poignant moment of their journey. This book is the book that lays it all open. It rips the wounds open and exposes the hurt, the pain and most of all the love. This journey of two souls is is woven in an intricate pattern of deep love and gut reaching emotion. You will scream, yell, cry and sigh......I can't say enough about this Saga but it is one that will open your eyes, make your think, make you feel and most of all be a journey that will forever be in your heart.I would like to state that this series is a political thriller with sensual and sexy tones and gut wrenching emotions. The journey of Caroline and Jack is deep and all consuming. It is intelligent, thought provoking, sensual, gripping, horrifically daunting and a love story that transcends time. Reminder- This is book 5 in the series and is not meant to be read as a standalone. This series is ONE YOU MUST AND SHOULD READ!!!*Advanced copy provided by author in exchange for an honest review*

5++ "Trust us." STARSWhere to start? Seriously, this is book 5 of the spectacular Bellator Saga and I kid you not, for each and every book, Cecilia London has wrung me out. Invoked in me completely different and deeply moving emotions, each and every time. And I FLOVE it!This highly charged, sexy, gritty and raw saga is not to be missed. Before I even start my review, if you've not read this series, start NOW!At this point in Jack and Caroline's journey from political darlings to hunted dissidents, they're at an impasse of sorts. There are things that HAVE TO happen so they could move forward and there is no way around it. And I dreaded it, in a purely 'I so want it but I'm a scared' kind of way! I knew it was going to be painful, angst ridden and heart wrenching. But things needed to be said no matter how harsh and cutting. Their path would be riddled with explosives resulting in raw wounds. I read this in practically one sitting as I clutched my heart, cried, railed and swooned. For me, it was cathartic, much needed and beautiful.Cecilia phenomenally crafted this journey with the inevitable yet passionate, knee-buckling crescendo of Jack and Caroline facing their past, their present and potentially, their future. She did a fabulous job of laying out this hard and emotional conversation. Yes, a conversation. It was terrifyingly real in portraying how marriage is work, it's a life-long commitment that takes two people working at it every day to help each other thrive as individuals and as a couple. When you throw in a dark, brutal and soul-destroying experience like what Caroline endured, it makes all of it that much harder. But Cecilia brought it home in spades!!!I love Caroline something fierce. She's is beyond a strong, smart and kick ass heroine. No matter how flawed she is with some of the cringe-worthy things she says and does, I can't help but root for her, adore her and want to see her Triumph. And Jack...I didn't think it was possible to love Jack McIntyre any more than I already did...but, I do!! This man is the epitome of a loving, devoted and true partner.I also found the dialogue between Jack and Caroline to be spectacular. It peeled back layers of their relationship and felt very much like a second chance. In some ways they were reconnecting and others, they were starting a new. There are some highly erotic and emotionally moving scenes of dialogue and intimacy as these two reconnect. Having always been a lover of men's hands, I particularly found this scene immensely pleasing and beyond hot.“What do you miss the most?”“Your hands,” she whispered, reaching for him, stroking his fingers.“What about my hands?”So strong. So powerful. When was the last time she'd focused on his physical presence? She could let herself drift, do it now. Get caught up in the emotion of it all knowing he'd be there if she crashed.“I miss what they used to do to me. What you used to do. The way you would touch me with them. The way it felt when they were inside me.”It's hard to believe there's only one book left. It's been one hell of a ride and I am so ready!“We started this together. We’re going to end it together.”Hells Yeah!! Can't wait for Triumph!!**ARC generously provided by Cecilia London in exchange for an honest review.**For more reviews and blog posts.

Cecilia London was my favorite discovery of 2015 and this series ranks among my top five favorite series probably EVER for two reasons: 1. this author can write. And I mean SHE CAN WRITE!2. this series is one of the most original tales I've had a pleasure of reading. It's hard to believe The Bellator Saga is this author's debut work. The writing is absolutely exquisite. The story is unique and truly one of a kind. If you are sick of 'same old, same old' kind of stuff, do yourself a favor and pick up this series. It's a time commitment, yes. But boy is it ever wroth it! If you love to feel [all kinds of things!] when you read, pick up this EPIC SAGA and you won't be disappointed. I promise. Cheers!

One of my favorite teasers:If ever a story has tortured my heart, Cecilia London’s Rhapsody is it. I didn’t think it was possible for Cecilia London to wring any more out of me with her Bellatore Saga series, but she sure did! Less blood and torture, more emotional pain, and pure flawed humanity and gut-deep love is on the menu as Caroline and Jack battle each other, their inner demons and Caroline’s survivor’s guilt as they fight to find their way back to each other.Caroline is no longer the politically tough woman she once was, her filters have crumbled and tact is not her forte, but it’s her raw vulnerability that her biggest tell of the destruction both mentally and physically of what she has been through. And Jack, can you say, finally, he is 100% human, caring alive and goes beyond strong alpha leader, lover and best friend! Gone is the arrogant sex-crazed entitlement he seemed to own before, as he becomes part whipping boy, part sturdy rock and now Caroline’s biggest supporter and protector. Yes, he is hot, he has reached legendary lover status and believe me, Caroline needs him, more than she could even know. Her biggest obstacle to dealing with the past, the present and looking to a better future is herself and Jack becomes the conduit to connecting it all. When a captured Fed turned rebel informant comes face to face with Caroline, she knows now is the time to take action, and to make it big, global and well-known, but that also puts a big fat bullseye on her back, should she seek outside global help? She is the key to uncovering the horrors of the Fed and she feels she owes this to those who died. Can Jack let her go? Should she go?Cecilia London is known for her powerful pen, razor-sharp tension and world-building that defies compare a she deftly blends romance, political machinations and revolution into one of the best series ever. Never shy about details that border on erotica, this time out Ms.London creates a passion between Caroline and Jack that is far from lusty and titillating, it is a soul-deep connection between the two of them in a free expression of their feelings and needs as they renew the bonds they once shared. Like I said before, Rhapsody flipped the switches on every one of my emotions and there were times I wanted to either rage or cry as the ugliness of the world and beauty of love clash and almost incinerate the pages with their force.I received an ARC edition from Cecilia London in exchange for my honest review.Series: The Bellator Saga - Book 5Publication Date: September 13, 2016Publisher: Cecilia LondonAvailable from: Barnes & Noble | iBooks | Kobo For Reviews & More:

*ARC received from author*Quite frankly, 5 stars are not enough!!!This book gutted me…I suppose I can just leave it that…Please note that at time of writing, it’s been a week or so since I finished this, but if I close my eyes, for a brief second, it feels like I just read this a mere moments ago. That’s how much this affects me.And let it also be known that Cecilia had to hold my hands thru out this book, especially the first half. The first half alone packs such a wallop of emotions that I needed to take a break after some intense scenes. If I’m still not clear, the first half of this book drained my tear ducts. We all know what Caroline was facing at the end of bk 4. When that ended, I seriously don’t know how much more my heart can take, knowing what Caroline and Jack are dealing with. But you know what, in a way, that ending may have been the best thing that could’ve happened to them as it caused a pause for much needed healing, physically for Caroline primarily, and ultimately, an emotional one for both.Their love for each other was so evident, it’s enviable, but what they went through, or what they have to go through, my heart broke in gazillion places. For 2 people who are so right and perfect for each other to find themselves in such a heartbreaking point and trying to find a way to move forward, how can it not feel insurmountable?! But as cheesy as it may sound, such is the power of love… sigh…Caroline has a long ways to go with her healing. We all know her path of healing will be a long and emotional one. She didn’t try me as much here because as much as she has every reason to act the way she acts, her mind and heart are healing enough to have more awareness outside of her tormented self. And Jack continues to be there for her but just like any relationship, how much is too much? Dealing with what they’re dealing with, it goes to show how far one can go for the love of your life…While I continue to root for Caroline, Jack once again is the star of the show in my eyes. In his moments of weakness, I felt his anguish. In his moments of resolve, I felt his intensity. In his moments of clarity, I felt his purpose. To give Caroline exactly what she needs, giving her a dose of alpha that she craves. And while there’s a big focus once again on Jack and Caroline’s love story, I totally understood its purpose. Because guess what, they will need all the emotional reinforcements they need in order to deal with what the future has in store for them. The second half of the book focused on their next steps and as it turns out, there was a right turn there that no one anticipated until they were practically at the corner. And yes, with that most recent information that Caroline just received… son of a gun!In summary, this book will pull your heart out but will put it back, test your emotions and just grip you! Need I say more?Oh yah, Cecilia, really, have to wait when for the last book???BAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

I never thought I would fall in love with this series so hard, that’s how engaging the story of Jack & Caroline! As we continue, Caroline was rescued from a mission that kept her in the hospital for three days and Jack is always there to tend to whatever she needs. After learning what happened Caroline blamed herself, but Jack assured her that it wasn’t her fault. Stubborn as always Caroline didn’t believe him. Out of the infirmary and whether she likes it or not, Caroline will stay with Jack in his apartment and it’s not open for negotiation. Caroline isn’t happy about the arrangement, so she continues to give Jack a hard time. Jack patiently waits for Caroline to open up to him. When Jack thought Caroline is ready to tell him what really happened during her captivity, she closed up again. Jack can just do so much, and when he’s about to give up, Caroline realized the she’d gone too far in the way she treated Jack and beg him not to leave her again. Jack can never do that to Caroline. Little by little Caroline tells Jack what really happened to her while in the FED facility and the people she met and the things she’d gone through. It helps Jack and the revolution to plan a better course of action against the Santos government. This is by far my favorite part of the series. Especially how it ends, it is a cliffhanger still BUT if you already read the first 4 books this is a good ending for now. Cecilia London really knows how to captivate her readers with words and scenes that she articulately put together... perfectly. Anticipating what’s going to happen next is nerve-racking but it’s worth it! And I cannot wait for the final book of this epic story. One more thing...If you’re going to read this remember there’s no such thing as too much sex because it was needed in this book and who am I to complain. I like it! *wink*Note: ARC generously provided by the author in exchange for an honest review.

Book – Rhapsody Author – Cecilia London Series – Bellator Saga #5 Publication Date – September 13, 2016 Genre – Suspense/Romance Type – Part of Series Rating – 5 out of 5 Stars Complimentary copy generously provided by the author in exchange for an honest review. My Thoughts - Story I can't believe we are already on book #5 of this 6 book series...after reading Rhapsody, I am so anxiously awaiting the last book in the series but then on the other hand, I don't want to say goodbye to Caroline and Jack. As much as I have LOVED every book so far in this series, I have to admit that this one ranks up top. The way that Ms. London wrote of Jack's and Caroline's repairing of their relationship and their journey to restoring their hearts and their souls totally gutted me so many times. I found myself choking up on numerous occasions and then releasing a heavy sigh while smiling to myself...this by far is Ms. London at the top of her game! Want to know how much?? I read this awhile ago, and then Ms. London emailed me letting me know that there were a few changes made after I had originally read it...and if I wanted an updated copy. I DON'T READ BOOKS MORE THAN ONE TIME Well, I just had to read this again – that's how much I loved and appreciated this story! Re-Cap There is no way that I can give you a recap without spoiling this story for you. This has spanned throughout 5 books so far and it all wraps around a common story. As many of you know, I've been writing all of the books in The Bellator Saga simultaneously, starting in late 2013. I wrote much of Phoenix and Rhapsody early on, so that I knew how to properly structure the drama that was to come in Conscience and Sojourn. So a lot of books four and five is, to be blunt, older writing. Which is why it makes me so happy that people have responded so positively to them. The first half of Rhapsody is perhaps even more gutwrenching than Phoenix, which is saying a lot. In a way, I believe that the second "trilogy" of this series humanizes our characters even more - Caroline becomes more vulnerable, more prone to anger or hotheadedness, more likely to do or say something that demonstrates her imperfection. And Jack...JACK...he has become SO much more than he was in Dissident. So much more. Jack is, in my humble opinion, the epitome of a fully realized caretaker alpha. He SHINES in this book. In other words, Rhapsody allows our hero and heroine to become who they are meant to be. Flawed. Human. REAL. And although it makes me sad that there is only one more book to go in this series, I know that I'll never be able to let these two go. Ever.Oh, and Natalie. She rocks. That's all. ;)

4 Sexual Healing Stars.I Am. A. bundle. Of. Nerves. I. really. Need. A. Therapist. I’m just going to dive in and lay it all out for you without giving too much away.I didn’t see how these two unique and individual characters could make it. Oh Monty how filthy and sweet you were before. They would always have this. The closeness and the tears and the madness and the passion, even in the midst of great uncertainty. She would always have him. Always.“I love you,” he whispered. “Never forget how much I fucking love you.”Caroline survived the last mission she went on and when she woke to find Jack at her side. Again. Lucky cow. She’d been so dumb. So stupid. So selfish. Taking that mission, hurting him the way she had. Why was he still with her?” –I ask myself that all the way throughout the book as well Caroline. For the love of God woman what were you thinking? Oh right you weren’t. But I like you Caroline so I shall forgive you. They still have that spark it is undeniable even after everything that has happened it can’t be denied. The glimpses of who they used to be is heart shattering. But with Caroline building up that wall up one brick at a time it is tough going but Jack is tearing down two bricks at a time. With his words of encouragement and hope.Caroline is so lost, she doesn’t know who she is anymore. Jack is lost in the fact that he wants to help her but he just doesn’t know how. Jack has the patience of a saint and deserves a fucking medal.Things aren’t the same as they were and they never will be. But they have to face the demons, the pain, the grief, the loss. Jack & Caroline get through it the only way that they can and that is together. But Caroline has changed so much not only on the inside but also look wise as well. Getting to the point of letting her guard down with her vulnerability. From start to nearly finish of this series I have been fascinated with the plot of the book and to the extent of sacrifices, and the hard choices that are made. It has defined them. Their strength and convictions are admirable even with all that they have suffered and lost. Call me crazy but there is nothing more beautiful then unvarnished truths. Strong accusations were made on Caroline’s and Jack’s part and they were really horrible and cutting I actually thought the gap and the distance between them couldn’t be bridged. But it stems from guilt and whether and this is the crux of the matter. Forgiveness. Without forgiveness they both can’t move on.Jack fights for Caroline and boy does he know how to fight for her. It’s killing him but my God Jack. Be mine, please? Yeah, yeah, it’s all about Caroline. I get it. He goes above and beyond in every, and any way possible. But even Jack has hit his limit. But not once did he ever gave up. There was that one moment where the wrong choice could change everything. They made the right choice. The sex was always explosive between them that was never a problem. Jack tries his hardest not to push Caroline on it but he can’t let go of the past. What left an even bigger gap is the intellectual and emotional connection they have which we saw in all the previous books. The rules of engagement have changed, with patience and unconditional love. And explosive sex let’s not forget that. They work it out.Their love and their journey in finding their way back to one another is full of obstacles. It is a gut-wrenching, heart-breaking, soul-destroying experience for Caroline & Jack as well as for the reader. Ms. London hits you hard with all these emotions. But yet at other times she soothes the emotionally open wounds. Stiches the heart back together and the rebuilds the soul but not all of it. This book, ah who am I kidding all the books in this series deserves the tears and each single teeny tiny bit of my soul that has been left behind when I finished it. I love her writing style. It is flawless, engaging, captivating I need and want more. At 4 % I was feeling the waterworks hitting. It wasn’t much better @ 47% either to be honest. I felt utterly exhausted after reading and finishing the book. Even a lousy night’s sleep didn’t help either. I wasn’t going to give it the full 5 stars no matter how beautiful their love is and how flawlessly it was written. Caroline frustrated me to no end. I understood her confusion and her pain. I felt every bit of it she felt.I knew it Ms. London and you didn't disappoint. What an ending. 2017 is a long time away. What am I going to do? I know. STALK. PESTER. AND. BEG.Review can also be found @“Be fearless, my love.”It had been easy. Too easy. And they’d been lucky as fuck. And the world exploded. You have been warned. Ms. London and believe me I can be an annoying little shite. Just saying!!

This review is laid out in two parts. Because I had two very distinct feelings about this book.Part One Things I cannot: 1. Even2. With Caroline3. With Cecilia LondonI was BEYOND frustrated with Caroline. I was ready to give this book up. I couldn’t go through this again. I could not survive another book dealing with Caroline putting me through the ringer. I could not watch her sabotage herself and her relationship with Jack any longer. And just when I was ready to give up… Ms London pulled a rabbit out of a hat and made me stay.Part Two Rhapsodynoun1. an effusively enthusiastic or ecstatic expression of feeling."rhapsodies of praise" 2. (in ancient Greece) an epic poem, or part of a poem, of a suitable length for recitation at one time. The title for book five in this series couldn’t be more perfect. Imagine training extremely hard for a marathon. Imagine months upon months of following a strict diet, of getting up extremely early to train your ass off. Imagine the determination, the struggle, the self-discipline and the sacrifices you have to deal with. Now imagine the actual race. Imagine your mind wanting to give up, imagine your body aching and screaming for you to give up, imagine being on the verge of tears because you simply cannot continue any longer. Now imagine crossing the finish line. That feeling of relief and elation and satisfaction that makes all the months and hours of pain and sacrifice worth it? That is the second half of this book. Maybe it was the juxtaposition of all that frustration against the sweetness that came after that. Maybe it’s London’s ability to get into the minds of her characters. Maybe it’s how hot Jack is. Maybe it’s how strong Caroline is. Maybe it is all of those things. All I know is that what started out as a book I hated, turned into my favorite book of the series so far. It was certainly the sweetest and sexiest so far. A brief reprieve from the epic finish I am sure is to follow. (ARC provided by author in exchange for an honest review)

AmazonUS:“You owe me, Gerard. You pledged yourself to me for a lifetime and beyond and you’re not allowed to break that promise.”The Bellator Saga has become one of my favorite series. Ever. I've become an obsessed lunatic by it and it’s something I am actually proud of to admit. I mean, we are taking abut Jack McIntyre here, the greatest book boyfriend ever existed. Like in all of history.“Are we going to have sex instead of doing the hard work of the revolution?”I won't go on to recall of where this book picks off as I'm never good with those. This is a continuation of Jack and Caroline's fight against the government, the revolution they are heading and the complexities of their relationship. The previous installments were heartbreaking and so hard for me because the feels and the emotions. This one is not different, but along after the 50% mark, there’s hope and light in all that darkness. I love the humor, too.“I’m sorry, the revolution has to be postponed because the commander is too busy banging his wife.”I love how the characters are well developed and their complexities and that there is still a continuous growth. Neither are perfect, yet both are perfectly for each other. And not just about the main characters but also the supporting ones.Jack McIntyre is my sole reason for existence. I mean, his love, his sacrifices. He’s a selfish person and never really cared about other things, well except for Caroline.I may have had a love-hate relationship with Caroline Gerard because of her decisions and actions. But she’s a brave woman, with an iron-strength that is worth admiring. She may have issues because of the trauma she went through but the fact that she’s alive and sane speaks volume to the strength and her power of being a woman.“I’m never going to stop loving you, Caroline. It’s just not possible.”Whereas the previous books have left me a little bit poetic with so many thoughts running through my mind, this book has left me speechless. The previous installments in the series made me think of a masterpiece and yet this book has surpassed its magnificence.I know, I know. But this series is so typically different from my usual read that the deviation is what makes me crave for it more. This is one heart-breaking series with light and hope along the way. The same can be said for the book.“Everything good I have ever done with my life was because of you. I want you with me. I want to help you heal. I don’t care what I have to sacrifice in order to save you.”Cecilia London has just wowed me again with this book! The events are unexpected and will make you at the edge of the seat. The time between the releases are actually a much needed rest because this book, this series, just give me the feels that makes me want to devour the book over and over again. It also makes me feel dread and excited at the same time. I cannot wait for the next book! Like OMG more Jack please! She closed her eyes, tracing her fingers along the stubble on his jawline.“Monty,” she whispered.Books in the series. Should be read in order. 4.5 stars***ARC received in exchange of an honest review***Review posted at: https://beautyandthebeastlybooks.word...It's been more than a month since I've read Rhapsody and I'm still passionate about it!The whole Bellator Saga series holds a special place in my read books! I really like how Cecilia started Caroline's journey in Dissident and how the story progressed from there! The story took a different turn from what it used to be and so did the story telling. Cecilia is giving he characters the voice they need to tell us their story and in Rhapsody I'm really glad Jack took over! The story is istill in third person (which is something I LOVE, because is my preferred narration method in books) and Caroline is still the star of the story. But now we can see Jack shining!Since he first appeared in Dissident I fell in love with him. I loved him both individually and in the Caroline-Jack couple. But I didn't knew how much I could love him for just being Jack. I loved that he was Caroline partner and both of them together made one of my all time favorite couples. But in Rhapsody, Cecilia brings us a side of Jack we haven't seen before. And it's a side I'm REALLY glad I got to meet.Jack still has all the traits that made me love him. He is loyal, passionate, cocky (in a good way) and HOT! But in this book we get to see his traits being more explored and they are so much more than I thought before! Not that Caroline doesn't shine! She does. And for different reasons from how she used to shine. She's learning to adapt to her new self and I love that as readers we feel like we are learning along with her! In my review of Phoenix I mentioned she frustrated me a lot (and I have to say this, shw frustrated me but with reason. She is one of the few characters I can't fault for being frustrating, mgoing through all that she went through!). The new Caroline is just as strong and brave as the old one used to be, but she is still learning to adjust to her new reality. And I feel like the reader (at least I did) felt that a lot in Phoenix. Now she is giving herself a chance, so it was much easier for me to give her a chance as well! She still has a long way to go though. But I'm sure our girl will get there!!!In this book, the characters lives and what has been going on with them took the central stage from the political background going on America. There's one book left still and I feel like we will finally see what we are looking forward so much in it! I can't wait to see a Caroline and Jack face-off with Santos! Even if that doesn't happen like that, I'm looking forward to seeing what will happen from now on! Caroline deserves her revenge, either she acts on it or it is America being free again! And she deserves happiness. So does Jack. Preferrably together.I'm so curious about what's going on with some other characters. Cecilia has purposedly kept us in the dark about some of them and I have a feeling she'll unleash a really powerful ending to this story on us. And I can't wait to be punched in the face with it! Because Cecilia is an author who can pack a damn powerful punch! And being knocked out of my socks by a good book is what I hope every time I start a new read!!Rhapsody is a powerful read. But different than the other 4 books in the series. I've mentioned before that some of them are SO powerful and punch us in the face with it. But others, like Phoenix, have a quiet power to them. Rhapsody is the book that comes right before the final book. The final blow to us, readers. So for me it is the book that is keeping watch while the final ones comes and ambushes us and took us completely by surprise. It might not be as blatantly powerful as Dissident and (specially) Conscience, but it is exactly what the story needs at this point. It's perfect for what we readers need from the Bellator Saga. PLUS, Cecilia is bringing sexy back!!!! Caroline and Jack have always been a very sexual couple (quite kinky too), but now they're maturing. They are not getting old and boring, but their sexuality is different. I fell like there's a tenderness now to them that there wasn't there before. They were tender, but now it's more. They've akways loved each other, but at leat to me, everything they do together now means so much more! Because they had to go through SO MUCH to get here. Don't worry, it has sexy times. It's erotic and romantic. Jack is onw of the most romantic guys out there! And SO PATIENT! Even he can get frustrated, but he is SO patient and sweet about it. Not to mention sexy. Jack is so sexy (*pictures him in a Commander uniform*)!Have I mentioned how I love Natalie??!! At the beginning of Phoenix I told Cecilia I probably wouldn't like her (I was jealous), but I love her! In Phoenix she acted almost like Cecilia's own voice in the story, but now she's more than that. She's a true friend and I love her moments with both Jack and Caroline. I love when Caroline gets her humor back!! Plus there are new characters more explored in this book and they, and their interactions with the main characters, are funny too!Rhapsody not only is the scout for what's coming in the final book, but it is the book that leads us to the final lap of Caroline (and Jack)'s story and I have to say for my self that I'm in no rush to get there! I really enjoy this story as a whole. Wait, who am I kidding, I'm in serious rush for the final book! Cecilia, give it to me already!!! LOLBUT seriously, I can't wait to be sucker punched by what it's yet to come!! Be free to knock me over anytime, Cecilia!!

If you didn't think this series could get any better, you would be wrong. London has outdone herself again! Caroline makes huge bounds in her emotional state in Rhapsody and it is a beautiful thing to read. As I have said before the author has an amazing craft of creating the emotions for you to experience first hand. I truly feel I know this characters personally and am deeply invested in their journey.Jack is just perfect. Perfectly distraught and heartbroken. Perfectly supportive and encouraging. Perfectly gorgeous and sexy. Yep, still hoping we can find a real one. I continue to be in awe of Caroline's resilience and wit. Rhapsody is one of my favorites in this series. The struggles she has endured during Conscience and since would have broken anyone. London's new slogan "be fearless" is perfect for Caroline.Rhapsody moves us forward in their journey to find each other again and to bolster the rebellion. So many beautiful precious moments in this installment I will definitely be reading it again. And the sass...I just love Caroline's sass. It has served her well in her political career, marriage and her battle to regain herself. She makes me chuckle. I am not so sure there isn't a bit of our author in Caroline's personality. For Full Review - Check out my blog!'ve been devoted to this series since early 2015 when Dissident grabbed me, sucked me and wouldn't let go. The Bellator Saga was one of my TOP favorite reads of 2015, and now with the fifth installment of Rhapsody - it might just hit my #1 Favorite read of 2016.In Phoenix - the fourth book in the series, Jack & Caroline were finally reunited - though it was not the reunion we had hoped for. Caroline has suffered more physically and emotionally than any human being should have to. And all because she was standing up for what she believes in - the democracy that has kept our country and it's people free. But as she and Jack navigated through a country that no longer resembles that - Caroline lost more than just her friends.... more than just her family.... more than just the beautiful life she and Jack had built together; she lost herself.Even now, in Rhapsody - Caroline is safe - she's physically safe, yet her toughest challenge is ahead of her; facing everything that has happened to her and the immeasurable amount of guilt and loss she's suffered through fighting this revolution. I was desperate through this entire novel - desperate for Caroline to snap out of the pain and finally see what's in front of her - everything we've loved about this series has surrounded these two - Jack and Caroline. But if Caroline can't see what's in front of her? Is there any hope? The soul of this story - these two.... to see them be so close once again, only to be so far apart was fucking agonizing. I felt real pain for these two - my heart broke for them. I felt Caroline's fear, and i felt Jack's hope.... and also his frustrations. I ached with him - I felt the pull.Jack is holding on so hard to the past and the memories of Caroline while he tries to get the woman before him to open up - to feel her pain - to acknowledge it and allow him to help her. Review of Rhapsody (Bellator Saga, #5) on La Jersey Chika Reads Indie Bookshttp://lajerseychikareadsindiebooks.b...*** I received Rhapsody (Bellator Saga, #5) by the author in exchanged for an honest review. Thank you so much too Cecilia London for the opportunity too read and review Rhapsody!! *** OMGosh just no way! That ending that brutal cliffhanger ending!!!!!! Ugh like I really need the next book and final book Triumph in my hands like right now. But alas I have too wait until 2017 too get the sixth and final book which is going to be pure torture for me! Can you tell on how much that I absolutely love and enjoy The Bellator Saga. It really is an fantastic and addictive series it really does mess with my emotions. Especially Rhapsody boy what a roller coaster ride it was for me. Rhapsody starts right where Phoenix left off at. Jack and Caroline is still struggling with there marriage with Jack trying to safe there marriage but Caroline just keeps pushing and hurting him away. At first I thought I understood why Caroline was hurting Jack and pushing him away because I thought she was going through a lot after what the Fed did too her like the fed really messed Caroline up both physical and mentally she went through hell in the fed. That I can image how mentally unstable Caroline was she had a lot of triggers. But I never know why she was really upset and mad at Jack for and why she always push and hurt Jack all the time I had my suspicion I know why while I was reading Rhapsody. But when I reach reading the middle of the book it was confirm on why she was so angry at her husband. I was really heartbroken for her I can understand her reasoning for being so angry at her husband but it wasn't Jack fault for the reason she was so mad at him for, which I am not going to tell you what the reason was on why Caroline was so angry and hurtful towards Jack because spoiler you have too read Rhapsody to find out. But poor dear Jack was fighting a battle with his wife that he almost gave-up on Caroline but something major happens between Jack and Caroline that might or might not safe there marriage I won't say because once again spoiler. You just have too read this amazing book too find out if there is hope for Jack and Caroline marriage believe me you won't regret it one bit. All and all Rhapsody is a very addicting, and really steamy in some scenes which I didn't mind at all because I really do love romance in books and this series has both steamy scenes and romance in it. Now I can not wait too read the next and final book Triumph soon when it comes out in 2017!

I love this series, Bellator Saga! Rhapsody is 5+ stars. The Bellator Saga is one of my fave series ever and Rhapsody, book 5, flawlessly and seamlessly picks up where book 4 left off. Even though I finished this book over a week ago I'm still reeling from the aftershocks of which there were plenty. Rhapsody is a romantic saga of a love so sweeping it was mind blowing. The love and the feels and the angst left me weeping and breathless. And then add the political and psychological drama into the mix. I was drained at the end of the book. I highly recommend this book, Rhapsody, and this series, Bellator Saga. I've never read anything like this. It's brilliant.

Rhapsody of #FEELS of 10 million starsThis series. Jack and Caro. The pain. The terror. The torture. The beatings. The separation. The anger. The angst. The self doubt. All of it. Everything single moment uptil now, has lead up to this book, Rhapsody in the series. The emotion and the damn feels. God the feels. I cried and the end. Jesus, Mary and Joseph. The end practically destroyed my resolve to not shed more tears. Cecilia London has hooked from the first book, with the intrigue, suspense, emotion and fascinating dynamics between the hero and the heroine. I was a goner from the beginning. The story escalated and became much more harder to read, the angst legitarily touched me from the pages. The pain and the anguish for both Caroline and Jack. Oh Lord have mercy, I cry each time I think about Jack. His grief, his soul searing guilt. Sigh.Where Phoenix was almost the crescendo to the soul shattering, gut punching angst, Rhapsody is the peak to the six series Bellator Saga. The emotions in this book will annihilate you, leaving you pleading for mercy, it will gut you and make you wanna throw stuff at the author. The story begins with where we left off in Phoenix, Cecilia is hell bent on helping douchebag fascist dictator win by literally using Caroling like a ragdoll and throwing her around every which way. Jack is yet again devastated to be where he is at the moment. (You want to know, you better 1-click). As the story unfolds, the emotions and angst grow exponentially and made my chest hurt, my throat had a huge boulder in it too. Caroline’s fear of the past and what she has left behind, her guilt over everything that’s happened, all the people she had lost, everything has helped to encase her heart inside a 10-foot titanium. And Jack. Oh god, Jack watches, his heart a bloody mess at Caro’s feet. He watches and he waits patiently to catch her, if only she would. The anguish that wrapped its seductive arms around me, legitarily made me cry. I felt so sad for Jack, I wanted to tell him to be patient that his Caro will get over her anger, because she was just punishing herself and not Jack. Never Jack, no matter how ugly her words got, she would always fall back on Jack. And then the fruits of their rescue missions, the person they rescued, the truth coming out. *I received an ARC from the author in exchange for an honest review*I have been a fan of this series from the beginning, and Cecilia has just continued to impress me with each new chapter in Jack and Caroline’s story. This book was particularly fun to read and be able to discuss each little thing that happens, as it happens. It turned this reading experience into an adventure I will forever treasure. Rhapsody is packed with so many emotions, and I don’t say that lightly. There were too many moments to count that I loathed Caroline and her behavior toward herself and Jack; and there were equally countless moments I also couldn’t stop smiling from ear to ear. My emotions truly went on the roller coaster ride of their life! It has been months now since I finished this book, and I am still having Jack withdraws. Rhapsody picks right back up where Phoenix ended, and we get most all of our questions answered that were still lingering from the last book. Overall I simply adored this book. I am an impatient reader so for me the only thing I'll say was I was just dying for them to reconcile from the first page. I was dying for the book to just get to them being together again, but knew that it was necessary for these two tortured souls, to find a way to heal together and individually before anything could be reconciled. The way Cecilia makes these two face their demons and work through their differences and the past they both have to learn to accept, makes how she finally puts everything in this book together work seamlessly. They really had time to get to know each other again, kind of, if that makes any sense, before just jumping back together. When I first read the end of Sojourn and Caroline found him at the base, I just wanted that immediate happiness for them right away. BUT as I've read further and see how it does progress, it was good placement for it to finally happen when it did. So....long story short, perfection! I am going to go back and read it again & again because I just loved it, but it's so well done and I really fell in love with Jack even more than I have with any other book character, EVER! He's it for me! My book husband. Not even calling him a book boyfriend. Seeing him vulnerable and so emotional this whole book was hard, but makes you see a whole new side of him I really never knew was there. Wew. I don’t want to give anything else away about this book, but it’s steaming off the pages and the chemistry between these two is unlike anything we’ve read thus far from Cecilia.Cecilia you truly are one of the only authors to really immerse me into the story and I just want to pick your brain about everything about this world your have created. All the detail you put into the book makes it so simple to truly visualize what everything looks like and how everything happens. It's like watching a movie in my head when I read your words. You continue to amaze me and I can’t wait to see how it all ends for Jack and Caroline. Bring on Triumph!

I don’t think I’ve ever read a series that kept me on such an emotional roller coaster. The books that made up the first trilogy in the Bellator Saga were a mix of past and present and centered around Caroline and her memories, her torture at the hands of the Fed and her escape. After all readers went through with her in the beginning, I never would have guessed that I would spend at least half of the second trilogy totally irritated with her.Okay, so it’s not that I didn’t totally understand what Caroline had been through. As strong as she was, it would have been hard to come out of that horror in one piece. I also understand her confusion about Jack… but this was Jack. He was suffering too. Not only from their shared loss but from the crippling guilt that he had to live with. And then… just when things were about to turn around, I ended up being mad at Jack. Totally unreasonable, I know, but it wouldn’t have been the first time that Cecilia London brought out the worst in me.It seems with every installment in this series there’s just a little bit more… well… of everything. More revelations, more heartbreak, more intensity, more danger and in the case of Rhapsody – a lot more heat. By the end of Rhapsody, things still weren’t perfect, but they were a heck of a lot better and as far as this reader is concerned, it’s about time! I was so tired of being upset with Caroline and the way she treated everyone. Even though I understood there were a lot of underlying reasons, which included her way of punishing herself, I was right there with Jack as every step forward inevitably pushed him two steps back. Thank God he had more patience than I did.Pretty much every book in this series has ended in a cliff hanger and Rhapsody was no exception. This one ended in a jaw dropping revelation that… well… Let’s put it this way… one of the first things I thought when I finished the book was ‘how in the heck am I going to review this?’ When I posted that thought on social media, the author helpfully commented that I should ‘just talk about the sex’… Did I mention that Cecilia London is very close to the top of my ‘Evil Author’ list?If you haven’t read any of the books in the Bellator Saga, I strongly encourage you to pick up Dissident. The series starts with a bang and doesn’t let up. It’s full of intrigue, scary politics, heated romance, danger, humor, violence and yeah, more than just a little bit of smexiness… The author pushes pretty much every button that can be pushed and best of all, makes you think… what if? *shivers* I received a copy of Rhapsody in exchange for a fair and honest review.

Cecilia London drew me in quickly to the first four books of this beautiful, yet, heart wrenching saga and now to finally have gotten my hands on this fifth installment, I had to stop what I was reading to continue my obsession into this world to finally see where Cecilia, Jack and Caroline would take me. FINALLY, my heart has some relief as Caroline has emotionally found her way back to Jack, even though Caroline has a long way to go to still be emotionally healed from all that the Fed put her through. But, it is a huge start. Jack, in despair, almost gave up, thinking he could never get his one true love back, but with support from the only doctor/therapist on base, he made it through the storm and helped Caroline break down her walls. Now the rebellion needs to do what it can to get their government back from a megalomaniac who has taken over the United States, lied to it's people, and done unspeakable things to so many and broken so many laws along the way. It's now up to Caroline to strengthen herself to be able to do what needs to be done to help in that cause with Jack by her side leading the rebellion. Not only is this a heartbreaking, yet beautiful love story, it digs deep into friends and family bonds, the love of country, what is right and wrong, knowing when you have to sacrifice for the good of all, and when that sacrifice is paid...can you handle it? With the state that our country is in, this is a HIGHLY RECOMMENDED read. It makes you REALLY think, "This could REALLY HAPPEN!"Bravo, Cecilia! Bravo! I am on pins and needles awaiting the final installment coming in 2017, Triumph. The title says it all!

Rhapsody is Book Five in The Bellator Series and one word to describe it is Intense right from Page One. When Cecilia London released book one I was so intrigued that with each book the journey that you are brought on is so incredibly amazing. We have see Caroline & Jack experience the best of times and we have seen them experience the worst of times but with each book and with each page you are living this journey right alongside them. The demons you will see Caroline endure will have you walking away from your kindles because what she goes through there could be no stronger woman than her who could have handled that. The images and memories will come flooding back to her and there will be only one person who will be able to help her handle it all and that is Jack.Jack has his own demons to get through and there will be times that he doesn't think that he will be strong enough to get through them all and Caroline will flood him with the guilt that no man should have to deal with but the love he has for her will never go away and that will be the first step that they need to take to help with all the rest. This book has angst it has hatred it has demons but most of all it has love and that emotion might just be what brings the two of them the peace of mind that they both truly deserve after everything they have endured but take this journey with them and see where it leads.

This series is unlike any other series I have read. I mean from the get go it was something different yet special. And boy can Cecilia London write. It's hard to believe that this is her debut series. Amazing. You must start the series from the beginning. So let move to #5 Rhapsody. Oh my god! First did you read 1-4? If not move along. You shouldn't even be reading this. Now that that is over with, Can we talk??? I mean I was pretty much hating Caroline in #4. Let me tell you the beginning of this book, I didn't like her any better. I really wanted to wrap my hands around her throat and throttle her. Jack...oh Jack, I give you props man. You stayed when any other person in their right mind would have walked away and said screw it. You are like the ultimate book boyfriend. I love you...I think you should have left Caroline for me, but that is neither here nor there. You totally hung in there and it paid off. I kind of don't want to say much besides what I've said. I feel like I would give too much away. So I will end it with this is a must read series and I can't wait to see what Cecilia comes up with in the final book.
