Laugh out loud funny! This whimsical jaunt into insanity is truly heart wrenching and uplifting at the same time. Familiar takes on the everyday psychosis of the creative mind. The restlessness during meditation and attempts at sleep with the complete loss of consciousness in times demanding attention to detail. Crude line drawings add depth to the short verses. This little collection is sure to become a beloved favorite. I won this book in a Goodreads giveaway.

3 1/2 stars After adding books to owned books[shelf goodreads provides] I lost ratings and review. Will attempt to add the review. Books won on goodreads giveaways that is missing review due to this are books I have enjoyed. On a later date I will attempt to remember what I have written about them and will rewrite them.

Fun, rollicking rhymes full of the crazy stuff kids in the middle grades love. A 6th grade friend laughed at the poems and the silly illustrations accompanying each poem. I highly recommend this book. Disclaimering:I cannot tell a lieSo I shall not trySomeone was a busy beeAnd sent this to meCompletely freeI won it in a Goodreads giveawayReceiving it made my day

I won this in a Goodreads giveaway.Definitely different from anything else that I have picked up recently. There are some silly (I can't even think of a word to describe them right now so silly will have to do...) poems and quirky illustrations. If you are looking for a quick read, or perhaps something lighthearted that may even put a smile on your face, then this book is for you.

Cute little rhyming verses. Interesting little poems. The drawings remind me of John Lennon's books, though a bit less edgy.I received this book free from Goodreads First Reads.

I won this book in a goodreads giveaway- it's not the type of book I would typically choose, but I believe for a younger audience it would be a quirky, interesting, easy read.
