I read this book after picking it up on Amazon & the next day I read another book I received thru Instafreebie that was close enough to being identical to this one to cause me some concern. This is not a simple case of 2 books about alien dragon shifters, but plots that are almost identical. There is some minor changes to things in the story, but not enough to be "different".I can only GUESS that something is wonky in the world of Alien Dragon Shifters. I don't want to leave any star feedback for either book at this point, as I don't think the "copy" should get credit. Apparently there is a possibility of plagiarism, but I'm still not positive of who did what since both are copyrighted in 2016 with just 4 months between copyright dates. I could not find a way to contact either of the authors. So felt the need to place both books in each comment section hoping the authors will see it here & take their appropriate actions. The other book is "Taken By The Alien Dragon" written by Natalie Frost. It is not available on Amazon. As I mentioned I got my copy from Instafreebie.https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/3... I really hope the 2 authors can sort this mess out.

In danger of being . . .Grace is given the chance of a lifetime.Rath is in the worst place and it'll get worse. When she's assigned to Rath, there's an adventure waiting. But it'll probably involve . . ., . . ., . . . 😉Will they have the courage to be together or will it fail them?Enjoy!! 😉

Interesting tale. I'm glad Grace is a strong woman with a good heart. And she truly believes in the good of others.

The story is not bad, but it is a bit simplistic. It's a cute, fast read if that is what you are in the mood for. I'm not sure how long the book actually is, but be warned that it ends abruptly at 50%. There are two additional stories at the end that I did not bother to read.

Good storylineThis was a quick read but quite enjoyable. The characters were well written and engaged with each other and with me. I would like to read more from this author.

First contact... there always seems to be a snagRath and his crew are looking for a new home for his species. Gracie is a scientist with a reputation for studying Alien species, but she has never encountered truly intelligent Alien life before. This quick, light and fun read touches on both living up to a parent's expectations, as well as following in their footsteps, and the importance not just of actions, but the motivations behind those actions.
