This is the latest novella in this series I've read, and each on I rated 3-4 stars more 4's then 3. I'm not going to keep reviewing them, you can read the 1st 10 to see what I thought or you can download the first one for free on Amazon I really recommend you do that if you like witch stories or funny British humor.

There were too many cases started all at once in the story and none of them were very significant. One includes dying clowns. None of them were actually murdered though. They were all self imposed accidents and the situation was set up by the leader of the clown organization for money.Jill goes to CASS but she doesn’t give her speech because a creature gets in and steals a child. Jill saves the day and she’s not exactly sure how she knew where to go and what to do, but she did.Jill also finds out that there’s a witch Hunter in town and she thinks it’s her weird new neighbor, but then she finds out it’s guy at the gym. She defeats him as well.Other than that, this book was somewhat uneventful. Jack has been bringing up marriage more but no proposal yet.

Great StoryIf you are at all a fan of unusual crime mysteries that contain a healthy dose of the paranormal as well as witchcraft and mixed together with a delightfully snarky humor, then this is the series for you! Highly recommended!

Not the meaning you thought...I was hoping the title would be about Jill and Jack...but no...Anywho, more things to figure out and more money making schemes to be done!!

I enjoyed this book. Jill the main character was busier in this book with more cases to solve. It will be interesting to see how her relationship with Jack progresses, and her craft.

I will continue to read these as long as the author continues to publish them! To me, they are a quick fun read that will make you smile and enjoy a good mystery no and then. Jill is my kind of girl but I would like to see more of Jack. He's kind of this mystery man that I feel has more personality than what we get.

The best so farThis is definitely the best of the series so far. The stories are now more full with Jill working more than one case and her character is filling out as well. The story is still oddly comedic, but there is enough continuing backstory to hold attention from book to book.

I enjoyed it as Jill has more to do and one storyline is not dragged out for ages but is intermingled. However, I fail to see how the blurb reflects the content of the book?

Decent installment. The series isn't going to win the Pulitzer, but it's back to the fun series I first picked up a year ago.
