Harmony Falls is a small peaceful town where everyone knows everyone and the friendships are strong and steady. So, when Harry comes to town, in hopes of convincing the owners of the farm his boss wants to buy to sell the land, he not only has to worry about the owners he has just about the whole town to take on in one form or another. I don't do spoilers so I won't go into detail but the fun, the pranks, the worry and the love these town folk all have with one another is heartwarming and the events while Harry is in town will leaving you smiling one minute and wondering what's going to happen the next. My blogs and I were offered this book in return for an honest opinion. In saying that I'll also say highly recommend this wonderful book. It has all those things I look for when personally picking out a book. It's full of friendship, romance, suspense and humor. The authors have done a super job with the first installment of the Harmony Falls series. 2 thumbs up for a terrific start to what I foresee as being an awesome series.

Bea is trying to buy her grandparents' farm but no matter how hard she works she just cannot seem to get the money together. Now a multimillionaire sends his right-hand man up to make them an offer that is hard to refuse. Harry meets Bea as she is working her roadside stand not knowing she is the grandchild standing between the farm and his boss. When she discovers why he is in town, all bets are off on who will win.I enjoyed this story. It sets the stage for the Harmony Falls series. The world building is good. While the town is fictional, there are a lot of references to the surrounding Western Pennsylvania area that I liked. Harry and Bea are good as they meet first as possible romantic partners then as adversaries for the farm then as allies. I was furious with Harry when he let Bea go into a meeting with his boss alone, knowing what his boss was like. He deserved the uncertainty he felt after that. Bea did not. The secondary characters are fun. I look forward to reading more of their stories and spending time in Harmony Falls.

I was in major need of switching up my usual historical regency romance reading routine and came across these as I enjoy Gaelen Foley. If you love folksy, small town romances, then this is a good series to start. All the characters are interesting and the seeds are sown for future stories involving them. This story is about Bea, the granddaughter of local farmers, and go-getting city guy, Harry. They have instant chemistry and conflict - lot of conflict, and then chemistry! It's gripping and endearing and you won't want to put the book down. This is a whirlwind romance which I know some readers may have a problem with but it works. I recommend this for and easy read.

So Gaelen Foley gas started a new series. It’s a contemporary this time, and it looks to be another winner. I’m a big fan and she never seems to disappoint. It appears to be set in a small town in Western Pennsylvania, in an area that has people visiting for hiking, white water rafting, and other outdoor activities. It’s built around a group of eclectic friends, who look to be in for some interesting experiences.Bea, the heroine has given up her cushy upper middle class life to take over her grandparents’ farm, and making it her own, by turning it organic. She loves it and has finally discovered it what she’s meant to do with her life. Harry is a high-powered city boy who knows how to charm his way into getting whatever he wants. He intends to acquire the farm for his boss, and in turn become CEO of the company. It’s her dream against his, and both have a lot to lose. It was fun to see them fight the attraction, and eventually give in even though they’re both aware that it can’t possibly lead to a positive outcome.“Dream of Me” is book one of this series. It’s a smart, easy read, with a few amusing anecdotes and a good dialog. The story moves at a pleasing pace, no gaps .it had me wondering what will happen next. (So often I’m disheartened to have figured it all out after a couple of chapters). The ending wasn’t rushed, and the was very satisfying. The characters are appealing. The sub-characters were just as interesting as the main characters. I can’t wait to read the next one. Please note: I was given a copy of this book in exchange for a HONEST review.

Dream of Me is the first in a new series set in Harmony Falls. I enjoyed getting to know everyone in this small town and I loved how they all cared about each other. I think they would be great fun to be around. The book was full of surprises and I felt like I experienced those surprises along with the characters. It was very real to me because I am going through some of the same phases of life described in the story and I enjoyed getting someone else's insight on ways to view the future while facing changes. I kept finding myself reading with a big silly grin on my face and I can't wait to read about the rest of the group as they find love. It was one of those books when the final word is read, I closed it and sighed because I wanted to move on to the next one right away but I know I will have to wait. Thanks for a great read! I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

I want to move to Harmony Falls! I was pulled in from the first page. Bea, the eternal failure, meets her nemesis Harry, New Guy, the poster child for success, and the lightening flashes and the thunder rolls. From their first meeting, they were hooked, and so was I. Their conversations were entertaining, often deep. If they weren't enough, their friends from the Knickpoint make Harmony Falls pop. The characters are funny, smart, caring, and loyal. And the descriptions of the countryside, especially the whitewater rafting and the yellow-green sky (familiar to a South Dakotan) completed the landscape of Harmony Falls I really didn't want the book to end, and there are enough interesting citizens to inhabit several more books. I want to return right now. I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

As with every new series it takes a while to introduce all the new characters, but once we get to know Bea and her friends from Harmony Falls you really get to like them. In comes Harrison Riley, coorparate shark, trying to ruin Bea's dream, but does he really go through with it? Gaelen Foley and her sister Jaz Kennedy provide an interesting new series which is really worth the read! Don't let yourself be discouraged by the long winded beginning, you will really enjoy Bea's and Harrison's story.I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

I really enjoy reading they're story, I can't say they are my favorite couple yet but they are definitely at the top. I loved this first book in the Harmony Falls series. The book was well written, flowed seamlessly. Characters were well developed. I want to run my hands through that thick black hair of Harry's!
