I started reading this book and immediately felt like I had fallen into a bad porn text. Eck, I do enjoy a well done erotica, including a PWP version of it... but WTF!"A beautiful mocha-skinned woman was standing against the back wall of the restroom when Sydney Cabot entered. She wore a red leather body suit unzipped past her navel, revealing full breasts and a tuft of dark hair between her legs. As Syd approached, the wom an slid her hand in side the shiny material and stroked one breast in a circular motion. “Are you watching or participating tonight?”"That's the first paragraph of the book. Nice, eh? Nope, it's not a whore house. It's a lesbian bar that is a usual spot for cops to relax. The scene continues with some supposed hot sex scene which I confess grossed me out (fisting in a restroom anyone?).After reading three or four chapters I was pretty sure I would not go soft on the characters (too many clichés around tortured souls and too much immediate wetness for my taste) and gave up.Buy it (and read it) if you are in the mood for a bad lesbian "pornish" story. Not my type.
