Fiery Foods That I Love Reviews
Yum! Uses a ton of spices in his recipes... my boyfriend introduced me to this book and now I consider it my very own treasure. Note: very spicy, exciting flavors... not for those who enjoy bland foods.
This is Adam's favorite cookbook. He makes all sorts of rubs for pork and chicken that are great from it. Not exactly a low-fat kind of cookbook, but there are a fair amount of healthy - but really spicy or tasty - options.
